Michelle in scheduling was so kind, and very helpful. We had a lot of problems prior to surgery and she was there for us at every turn. What an asset she is to the team.

My experience was fabulous, Dr. Stone was always very nice and professional and he took time to hear me if I had concerns. It was a pleasure to have him as my surgeon.

Darcy at the surgery center and the assistant at the eye clinic-I did not get his name. Everyone was helpful.

All the staff with Spokane Eye Clinic were always helpful and friendly, it is the best run medical office that I have been in. There are too many to name.

Appointment scheduled for 9:45 AM and finally saw Dr. Stone at approximately 10::30 A.M.
It would appear that whoever does the scheduling isn't allowing enough time between patients. In the future, I may have to use STA for transportation and

Taken in almost 30 minutes late for my initial appointment and about 10 minute delays before assistants and Dr. arrived during the 2 different exams and rooms.

I'm so sorry but my memory is awful with names. He was very kind and patient while we were going through my history and the (pre) exam.

I couldn't get in to see my regular eye doctor so I had a referral to see Dr Donald Stone. I had an absolute pleasant experience with not only Donald but the rest of his care team. Warm and friendly and explained the whole process as well as some diabetic related issues to my situation. Thank you so much!

Dr. Stone is very thorough in his exam & his explanations with questions I have. The fact that I have sight in my right eye is 100% attributed to him. He is the standard of professionalism! Love the guy!
