There was a couple in the waiting room that obviously were having difficulty with a medical issue. The gentleman at the desk kept working on options until he said if they were willing to wait the doctor who was there would see them. They were so relieved. Kudos to the receptionist

Everyone from the receptionist to the PNA was so kind and assistive. Really appreciated the time Ms.Diaz took to explain what my symptoms Indicated and possible solutions to alleviate my problem. She has scheduled me for a follow-up but told me that I could call her anytime if I feel the medicinal protocol isn't helping me. I am very impressed with the staff at the Urology Division
