Kelly at the desk when you enter heart doctors office is the most pleasant person I've ever encountered at a doctors office. She's just wonderful and pleasant!!!Casie was wonderful too in going over everything about my heart condition and updating my medication for me. I thank you both for such wonderful care!!!

Every staff member from receptionist, to MA Mackenzie, to ARNP Kassie were superb in their care. They were knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and helpful.

I was initially disappointed that Dr. [ ] was called away, but the NP was very friendly, very informative and patient with me, answering my questions and allowing me to feel relaxed and cared for.

Everyone we encountered was very helpful and courteous. Beginning with the registration desk and throughout the appointment. Friendly and lots of smiles. Tentative to my needs as a patient. Informative. And what I liked most was the interaction. Not just as a provider-patient but as a caring person. Chatting about normal day life in general. Not trying to rush the appointment along but sharing stories. Listening. Your staff is exceptional. Excellent. God bless!
