Dr. Diaz is dedicated, caring, easy to talk to, and listens. He answers all communication in the medical portal in a very timely manner. The office staff and any other employees are extremely friendly and helpful. This office is outstanding.

Felt very comfortable speaking with the nurse and Dr. they made me feel welcome and wanted. They listened to me and my questions. They answered all of my concerns. Excellent customer service and listening skills. I hope everyone has such a great team!!

I was very pleased and impressed with Dr Diaz and the staff at this office. He was very professional and showed genuine concern with helping. I know that I am getting the best medical advice and care. I also like that [ ] is networked to all of their hospitals and facilities for sharing health records information. I give them 5 stars.

Dr. Diaz himself listened attentively and spent a considerable amount of time with me. I did not sense any urgency on his part. The medical assistant, i can’t recall his name, was very calm and explained everything I needed to know. The staff in the front was discussing patients, and we could hear their conversations in the lobby.

This was my first visit - more of a meet and greet. We talked about my past medical records and current care i sm getting from my cardiologist. Dr gave Lab orders so he and I can get a more current picture of my health

Dr. Diaz was very helpful in explaining my condition and what should be done about it. His assistant, who I unfortunately don't remember his name, was very thorough, friendly and efficient. More important - they both showed concern for the redness in my left eye and what was the probable cause of the condition.
