We moved to [ ] and chose Dr Diaz as our pcp. I have been so happy with this decision. Everyone is kind and pleasant. Most importantly I feel like they genuinely listen to my concerns and don’t brush me off or discount me.

Dr. Diaz is a caring, concerned physician. He addressed all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, made suggestions for ways I might enhance my health. He is patient, caring, understanding, and never rushes me through the visit.

This facility is the friendliest, caring and most accommodating doctors office I have ever been to. Sharon, at the front desk at 7:00 am has a smile that makes you feel better. Gaspar, Dr Diaz's associate is efficient and is very upbeat. I came to Dr. Diaz with medical issues and he listens. All communications in their medical portal are answered in a very timely manner. He is certainly giving me the confidence that I need to hopefully come to a diagnosis. I am very happy I found this office.

I was very pleased and impressed with Dr Diaz and the staff at this office. He was very professional and showed genuine concern with helping. I know that I am getting the best medical advice and care. I also like that [ ] is networked to all of their hospitals and facilities for sharing health records information. I give them 5 stars.

Dr. Diaz himself listened attentively and spent a considerable amount of time with me. I did not sense any urgency on his part. The medical assistant, i can’t recall his name, was very calm and explained everything I needed to know. The staff in the front was discussing patients, and we could hear their conversations in the lobby.
