She was very rushy as soon as she came in room. Sat at computer scrolled through my chart fast and said everything looks good except a few things she upped my medication and that was it. Ok goodbye and that was it in and out in 6 minutes

I had a moment in the appointment after the procedure where I was experiencing grief. Dr. Flint was very gracious in holding space and giving me a moment to feel what I needed to feel. She was gracious in staying seated and providing a calming presence. I didn’t feel like she was going to rush out of the room to the next patient. That simple act of kindness for just a minute or two meant a lot to me.
