He talks directly to both of us even though my husband has short term memory issues, explains things well, lets us make our own decisions after he provides the background info. He is very knowledgeable about many things.

He was very concerned with my recent stroke diagnosis and doesn't understand why that should be with all my lab and test results. He definitely wanted a follow up with a neurologist to get more answers.
