Axel - Customer Service Rep was an absolute delight! He called us over and promptly helped us with a smile. He was so cheerful the entire time and made the time spent so pleasant! Dr. Deluca was easy to talk to and we did not feel rushed at all. We drove to coconut point to get an earlier appointment and it was worth the 45minutes drive.

From Check-in to Check-out, everyone was professional, courteous, and caring. I saw Dr. Deluca in ortho for the first time, and my primary care Dr. [last name] for a review of my recent tests and actions to take. Both were excellent and very informative!

The Lady at the reception desk ( sorry forgot her name ) was pleasant , courteous and a master at her job. Mariella who works for Doctor Deluca was very pleasant and very thorough asking me the reasons why I was visiting the Doctor today. She entered all the information in the data base for their records all while smiling. As for Doctor Deluca I could not have been any happier with my visit. He is a true professional in every way. He is an expert at his craft. He Explained everything in detail regarding my shoulder and laid out a plan of action on what he was going to administer to alleviate my pain. I will never ever see another Ortho Doctor. He's the best !! Hands down. So glad I contacted him. Thanks Doctor Deluca and staff for all you did for me.

As a nurse, I was beyond impressed by the caliber of Dr. DeLuca's knowledge and patient care. I felt we shared the same treatment plan decision and he went above and beyond by addressing a secondary problem I had and provided me therapeutic guidance with a backup treatment plan with him. I also briefly discussed a friend's ortho needs and he offered to do a consult with her. She already has an appointment with him, which she Is beyond grateful for. I will be referring plenty of friends and neighbors to him. He is the gold standard!

Dr. Delucca gets a 10+ on not only his Surgery expertise (on my shoulder) but his Post Care. He was genuinely concerned and was "right there" throughout the whole process. I can only say good things about this Dr.

Whole visit was outstanding from the time they got me in to the time I left. Showed me pictures of my shoulder listen to my concerns and was able to set me up for surgery.

I feel the doctor Deluca is very professional and accurate with his interpretations of x-rays but I don't get is exactly how much weight I can put on my leg and how far if I can actually walk without a walker

Dr. Deluca is one of the best doctors I have had in my lifetime. In complete honesty he has the best attitude and patience I have seen in medicine. If you leave the office still having questions then it's your fault not his. Very thorough.

I had a relative who had Dr DeLuca for surgery recently. Our experience with his was so wonderful that when I needed an ortho physician for my problem, my first choice was Dr DeLuca. In both experiences, he listened to what the problem was and was very thorough in explaining all the options available. I would recommend him with no hesitation.

Dr. Deluca clearly wants his patients to be well informed and comfortable! His "bed-side-manner" is impeccable! This was the second time in 2026 I needed to see him in 2026. Both of my visits could not have gone better. I hope I never need to see him again but if I do, I will not hesitate!

Dr. DeLuca solicited questions from me, and listened to my responses and other feedback that I provided regarding my hip and shoulder issues, and any other thoughts that I had regarding potentially related issues / instances. And when it came to potential cortisone injections, he was very thorough about listening to my questions / responses. I felt that his "bedside" manor was "head & shoulders" above the interactions that I have had in other decision-making situations of this nature.

Lee@ check -IN desk knew how many patients were on clock; good clear explain on protocol; So much time , monthfrom ladder fall, ( JOW clear did picture show surface fracture had closed; My eyes worse so pointed problem area; x-ray tech gave me nice choice , she asked more comfortable standing or laying down w picture? ALWAYS give special needs sr. Choices? Don't recal 25 yr olds name?

Dr. De Luca and his nurse assistant were both welcoming and thorough at explaining and caring for me. Most outstanding however was the surgery that the doctor performed; after seeing the X-rays and hearing what was done I felt I was treated like an NFL player by the best of the best. I feel very fortunate to have found him!
