From the time we seen Dr. [last name] as a new pediatric patient to getting in right away with Dr Dean, everyone was fantastic. Both doctors listened and took action on a concern I have had for almost 3 years. Then, checking in at the hospital was easy and everyone very courteous and helpful. Our nurse the first night, Nicki, was exceptional!! Very pleased with everyone and everything!!

I wish I knew the name of the first triage nurse who took her weight and height. She was so kind and she even gave my older daughter a little green teddy bear and she hasn't stopped holding it since. Dr. Dean was engaged and tho I'm sure he sees kids with constipation all day long I felt he took my concerns seriously and we came up with a care plan I feel confident in. Truly one of the best Dr experiences I've had with my kiddos!

Dr. Dean saw my son inpatient at the hospital and then in his office for follow up. His calm and care bedside manner was extremely comforting in both settings. He listened closely to our concerns and took decisive action
