Nurse Heather was very friendly and recognized that I was nervous. She put me at ease and helped me to feel calm. Also - Dr De Frencesco took her time with me and looked up information on the [ ]. I feel like I have all the info needed to move forward and I appreciated her taking the time with me. I did not feel rushed at all.

Excellent doctor . Very nice, listens to every word you say with attention, she cares about what is going on in your life and health. I went with my husband, we both had appointments, and we both had a wonderful experience. Really recommend her.

So very thorough evaluation of a patient she’s never had any contact with before. Arranged for testing to be done the very next day which needed to be done, didn’t yield the best results and consequently got my appointment. Moved up by two months with a heart doctor. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. De Francisco.

Yes Dr Jenna was awesome in her care and treatment. After sending me for testing this morning, she understood the importance of the follow-up visit with the [ ] and was able to move it up by two months.

All those I was in contact with were truly great. Dr. DeFrancesco was exceptional. I deal with many doctors at my age, and she truly stands out as someone who makes you feel comfortable, accepted for who you are, and shows care and not merely listening until you stop talking. I am 100% satisfied!

Yes. Dr. de Francesco was wonderful. Listened to everything I said, suggested a couple different options, and even helped with a cut I recently received, on my forehead. Cleaned it up and put some [ ] on it with a [ ], and even answered questions I had about other ailments. I love her and recommend her to anyone needing medical help.

Jenna is a great Doctor, I have recommended her to anyone I know she sees myself, my husband, my daughter and my mother. We all love her. She is what all doctors should be kind caring and considerate. She listens and does not seem like she has to rush through your appointment. She listens to what you’re saying, and takes your input into consideration we are lucky to have found her and hope that she stays with the practice a long time we now travel almost an hour to have her as our physician.

Dr. De Francesco should be recognized for being an outstanding physician. She does an amazing job because not only does she thoroughly explain everything to you, she genuinely cares about you. She makes impeccable eye contact with you and will make sure that before you leave her office that you are well taken cared of to the best of her knowledge and ability. My husband and I have been her patients since her arrival and we hope that she never leaves!
