Both Dr. de Francisco and her assistant. They are both friendly and easy to talk with. They are both courteous. Both are also very intelligent and know their medical information to help you.

I have been extremely pleased with Dr. De Francesco during a short time I changed from Lee Health Coconut Point when Dr. [ ] left and they could not get me in down there for my wellness check in February after they canceled me with just days of my appointment. I told Dr. De Francesco on [ ] that she was one smart cookie, and I meant it!

Dr. De Francesco was professional, congenial, and attentive during my visit. Her demeanor was welcoming and positive. She listened to my concerns attentively and addressed each one thoroughly and knowledgeably. I felt at ease discussing my issues because of her obvious desire that each of my issues were clearly explained. Her sense of humour and pleasant disposition made this a productive and enjoyable visit!
