She is very professional, very courteous, truly listens and provides the proper feedback, and addresses my concerns in a compassionate and professional manner. Dr. Jenna De Francesco is, without a doubt, the best doctor I've ever had. She's consistently friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She has always provided the best care for my health, treating me like family and genuinely caring about my well-being. I can't thank her enough for her exceptional kindness and service. CSR greeted me as soon as I walked in. MA showed concern for my reason to be there. Dr. De Francesco went above and beyond showing concern and offering everything she can offer to help me with my concern/situation. She did more than I expected, being very caring.

Dr De Francesco is always a great listener and shows great care for me. She is prepared for our visit and has reviewed my history prior to coming in the exam room. She also looks at me, not the computer. The eye contact is important because it shows genuine involvement in the conversation. She makes recommendations, but is not pushy about them; instead she is prepared to discuss pros, cons, and alternatives. I always feel like it's a balanced session and that I can be confident I'm on the right path with her guidance.

Dr. D is STELLAR! Easy to communicate with, shows compassion and empathy. She's researched info on my behalf relating to my symptoms, medication allergies, etc. Front desk team always welcoming, MA thorough and kind. I appreciated the offer of an earlier appointment as well.

Jenna always takes the time to listen and ask questions and help me with providing the best care for me. I also think the front desk quirk was wonderful with really hard to try and get my husband in for an appointment when there was not very much in the schedule. She continue to look and was Able to find him an appointment although it is quite far out

Dr. D is an amazing doctor. She listens and HEARS what I say. Her facial expressions are of compassion and understanding. She explains on my level of understanding.BECAUSE she listens, I was able to receive a referral to an equally compassionate specialist, and a problem I lived with for over 20+ years (and tried getting other specialists to help me, to no avail) has been resolved. If Dr D hadn't taken my concerns seriously, I would still be suffering from that condition.Dr D has my heartfelt gratitude and my nomination for her as Dr of the Decade!
