Jenna always takes the time to listen and ask questions and help me with providing the best care for me. I also think the front desk quirk was wonderful with really hard to try and get my husband in for an appointment when there was not very much in the schedule. She continue to look and was Able to find him an appointment although it is quite far out

DOCTOR Jenna is just fabulous. I look forward to our visit something I never did in the past with the doctor. She is kind, compassionate, and so knowledgeable. She's a living doll and quite an asset to your company.

Dr. D is an amazing doctor. She listens and HEARS what I say. Her facial expressions are of compassion and understanding. She explains on my level of understanding.BECAUSE she listens, I was able to receive a referral to an equally compassionate specialist, and a problem I lived with for over 20+ years (and tried getting other specialists to help me, to no avail) has been resolved. If Dr D hadn't taken my concerns seriously, I would still be suffering from that condition.Dr D has my heartfelt gratitude and my nomination for her as Dr of the Decade!

Dr. De Francesco is the best doctor I've had in my adult life. She has the perfect balance of kindness, care, and expertise. She listens, really listens. I never feel rushed, she advises but also collaborates about my care. And she is always on time. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes after check in. They seem to run a very effective schedule that honors patients' time. I've already moved my mom to this practice, my husband, and my sister in law are also now with the practice.

The receptionist, very friendly and kind, the nurse the same. Dr. DeFrancesco ,I I am so pleased I found her in the Lee Health residency program, I could not be happier! If there were 10 Stars I would rate her 10plus! I am 74 yrs.old, I have not had a better physician my entire life! We need more Dr.DeFrancesco! !

Dr DeFrancesco is very busy yet she never hesitates to answer my questions and give me the time I need. I never feel rushed by her. She's a very good provider!

It's always fun to go see Dr D she is so calm and relaxing. I use to get the white coat syndrome with Dr visits but she more like a friend then a doctor.

Dr. De Francesco is wonderful! Not only is she very knowledgeable, but she listens to your concerns and will try to resolve them. She is also super friendly and caring and an excellent physician.

Dr. D is absolutely the best. She takes the time to actively listen to your questions and concerns and provides professional answers ans solutions to your issues. Holly was great and the folks at reception were engaging and personable. Great practice.

Dr. De Francesco listened to my concerns and talked through my blood test results. I didn't feel like she hurried me and took her time to explain some healthcare areas for women my age.

The CSR that check me in was amazing and went above and beyond to help obtain my insurance card. The provider was amazing as well. She took her time and answered all my questions.

Dr. DeFrancesco and her staff are the best caregivers I've had in Ft. Myers since I moved here 21 years ago. It is rare to find a doctor who seems unhurried and who really listens to you, but she is like that every time. Her staff is friendly and competent. If she is running late (never more than 15 minutes), they come check on you and communicate. I never mind if she's a little late because I know it is because she is being as attentive to her other patients as she is to me.

Dr De Francesco was amazing on my first visit!!! She actually takes time to get to know you personally which helps me with my health anxiety so so much. I really greatly appreciate her for being so kind and understanding. She is the best doctor I've seen to date.

This is a great practice. Everyone is so friendly, pleasant, and caring. Everyone demonstrates proficiency in everything they do. Their expertise to their field of medicine is superior. I highly recommend this practice and medical team and wouldn't go anywhere else for my medical treatment.

I think her name was lidijia I might be very off with the spelling but she was front desk and was so incredibly nice. I've never been welcomed with a warm smile and a friendly attitude in a doctors office like her before. She was wonderful and that was my first impression of the office. Thank you :)
