I want to definitely praise the nurse and doctor that saw my son. They were absolutely AMAZING with my son! We loved how genuine and informative both of them were with caring for my son. They answered all of his questions and concerns and made him feel so comfortable. We decided to keep this doctor as his PCP as well because my son loved her so much.

I genuinely mean this, and I never even do these surveys, but I would have rated most of these questions a 6 out of 5 if I could. Dr De Francesco is amazing and the entire office works together well to deliver excellent care. I especially want to recognize Dr De Francesco for how much she clearly cares about building trust and respect between herself and her patients. She's kind, approachable, empathetic, a great listener, and always makes sure I have all the facts and that my voice is heard in any discussion around decisions for my care. Outstanding. I have recommended her and will continue to recommend her to anyone who asks.

Dr. De Francesco is the best, professional, knowledgeable and caring! She spent enough time with me explaining different options and treatments. I would highly recommend her to new patients.

Doctor De Francesco told us about a new incoming doctor that speak our native language and if we want to change doctors. But we feel deep down our hearts that Dr. De Francesco has been the best doctor overall and we told her we will continue seeing her. She is an excellent physician and really listen for our health concerns and wellbeing.

I had blood work prior to my visit. The day after I had my blood work Dr Jenna's office called me and told me to go to the ER my potassium levels were low and they were concerned. I went to the ER had an EKG and was given four bags of potassium. I was feeling so fatigue that day I almost didn't go but I am so glad they called and insisted gently. Thank you so much for watching out

Dr de Francesco is an outstanding doctor. Her sparkling personality brightens my day. Since I see her rather infrequently, it always amazes me how much she remembers not only about my health, but also about my personal life. She listens to my concerns, asks clarifying questions, and suggests options for the plan of care. What an asset to your organization this lady is! My fianc? belongs to a different healthcare group, so I was going to switch to his group. After visiting with Dr. De Francesco there is no way I can find a better doctor for me anywhere else.!
