The receptionist at the front (older woman) in cubicle closest to elevator on day of our visit was exceptional. She was patient and very friendly. You felt like she really cared. She was authentic, didn't change her focus on us during the entire check in process. I really felt a spirit of excellence during the whole visit that started with her. She had forgotten to give ys the fablet with the electronic survey questions (in the midst of everything), I was checking in with my young adult daughter on the autism spectrum and it can take a while. She walked it over to us with a calmness, no a peace that spoke volumes about Dr. De Francesco's staff and practice. Everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. It made the visit so smooth for us and I/we thank you.

Dr. Jenna De Francesco has a remarkable manner that helps me feel at ease so that I can speak about difficult issues. I feel how much she cares for her patients. She is both quick witted and thorough. I am so very grateful to Dr. De Francesco, she listened to my history and thanks to her care and knowledge I was treated for a serious condition, that I hadn't known I'd carried, with excellent results. I would like to commend Dr. De Francesco for her excellence in service and professionalism.

Dr Jenna De Francesco is exceptional. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Made me feel comfortable and cared for. I am so blessed to have her as my primary care physician.

Dr. De Francesco was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable and took the time to actually sit down and listen to me. Didn't feel rushed and came away feeling like she cared about me and my issues. I've seen her several times now and each visit was equally pleasant.

The staff is friendly, efficient, professional and overall excellent. Dr De Francesco is a fabulous doctor. She has a wonderful, caring manner. She explains everything so I can understand it and fell comfortable about my test results and overall health. She is professional, friendly and I would rate her a 10. Love her. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had.

Dr De Francesco is extraordinary. If there was a higher rating than 5 I'd give it to her. She's kind, patient, compassionate, informative. She explains everything in detail. She makes time for all my questions & concerns & fully addresses them. I'm so thankful that I found her. Absolutely the best PCP! Also the RN I saw was good~kind, pleasant, thorough.

Doctor de francisco is amazing. She talks to you like a person and somehow does a full medical assessment and includes you in in the decision-making, based on your history and experience with whatever you're going through period you leave feeling heard. Comma understood and valued. I saw a hole in her schedule and decided to see her for a chronic problem. She is one of a kind.

Dr DeFrancesco was very thorough in reviewing my medical history. I was impressed with the details she discussed and then she recommended testing of specific past health issues. Nobody has ever spent time discussing my familial heart disease.

Dr. DeFrancesco, herself is always on top of everything. Explains test results thoroughly and making recommendations as needed. She also makes me feel very comfortable.

As a new patient who lives here only 5 months of the year, I wish Dr. D could go home with me at end of season! She was caring, well informed, listened to me, and was good at testing me in house for some issues. Thorough she was!
