Dr Cooper was very thorough and listen to all the concerns. It was difficult to get an apt in a timely fashion. He was booked out 2 months, is the only concern about the visit. Need availability to see Internal Doctors sooner.

My issue isn’t specifically with Dr. Cooper so much as the overall healthcare experience at SSM. Everything seems completely disconnected. In the hospital, I talked to one doctor for a few minutes and other doctor for a few minutes. Nobody seemed to know what was going on or what might be causing it and then I got discharged when I went to see Dr. Cooper I learned nothing new And left with no treatment plan. Feels like I’m just a number running through the mill.
