He spoke very fast. I don't know if this is how he is all the time or he feels rushed to get through a lot of patients. He Is very knowledgeable and compassionate. His delivery could slow down some.

Dr Diaz is honest about the gel shots for my knees. I wasn't feeling pain, so I currently didnt need them. He encouraged me to reschedule my appointments and come in if I feel I need the gel shots. If I don't, he suggested to reschedule so that I have those appointments in place should I need the shots. That was very much appreciated. As far as being on time, I only waited a few minutes after the assistant came in.TY Dr Diaz

I have recommended Dr Diaz to many people. He is skilled, patient, and his treatments are effective. Always answers all my questions and offers insight and info that I cannot claim. Great doctor, and good staff.

Dr Diaz is a wonderful Dr to work with. Answered all questions. Is quick and thorough. Hard to get an appt when needed if in pain. He told me how to handle better in future through portal.

Dr Diaz is the most consistent understanding honest physician I have workers with. He is respectful and listens to my ideas and questions. We create a plan of care together. I appreciate that.

Always a great experience. I am going to comment on the front desk reception area though. There were several people in line on each side waiting to check in for their arrival. The receptionist on the one side was explaining Medicare policies, insurance policies to two women which I found to be personal in nature…. I would have thought she should have asked them to step aside for a moment and checked in those of us who were checking in and then returned to her conversation. I’m sure she was trying to help but I believe she should have handled it a bit differently.

Dr Diaz saw me in the ER. He explained my situation clearly, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and set up the appropriate follow-up with the provider he wanted me to see the following day. Based on my experience that day I would recommend him . I did not have any interaction with his office staff.
