The doctors are caring and spend time answering questions and explaining things. Two office locations, both convenient. Prompt callbacks to messages. Online portal.

The changing holiday Decorations at the Smith street office are fun and contribute to the warm atmosphere. The Fleming island office is bright and cheerful as well. The staff is friendly and work hard to meet scheduling needs. We have seen several kind nurses but Dr. Spearman’s nurse goes above and beyond to be helpful and answer questions. Dr. Spearman and Dr. [last name] have been our doctors and they consistently listen to understand. I recommend this office to everyone!

We drive from an hour and 10 minutes just to come to this office and for Dr. Spearman! This is the best office and best Dr ever! I am a patient for life!

We have been taking our son to OP Pediatrics since he was born. In the almost 18 years that we have been going there, the staff, nurses, and doctors have always been very friendly and helpful. Dr. Dan Spearman has been my son's doctor since birth and has taken time, when needed, to ensure that we got the answers we needed. He is attentive and listens to any concerns that we have. He also gave me confidence as a new mom, that I would know my child better than any doctor since I would be around him daily, and to always let them know if something seemed "off".

Nice, friendly and trustworthy staff. We???ve been taking our kids here since they were born and my husband was a patient here when he was a child. All drs and assistants are great. Dr Spearman is our kids favorite.

My daughter's appointment got canceled because your office decided to close on 12/15 the afternoon. The receptionist told me there was an appointment in the morning but at your Fleming Island office, I accepted because she needed her physical record for school (previous one was expiring). I asked multiple times about the time and location change for her appointment. We showed up and was told we did not have an appointment at the location. I advised the receptionist of my conversation with Cindy the day prior. After a few minutes, I was told we could be squeezed in. We were in the lobby for one hour before we made it back to the room. We did got to be seen but it was not an ideal situation. Please don't cancel appointments the day before and then not reschedule correctly.

Dr Chima and the nursing staff were extremely attentive and made a hard experience less scary and made sure we understood what they were doing

Very disappointed with present service. My family has been coming to Dr Spearman since 2003. I have never experienced such poor office service. Quality continues to fall in regards to staffing! Love Dr Spearman!

Dr. Spearman has been my daughter's Pediatrician for over 15 years and we love him!! He's always attentive and patient, smiling and genuinely loves taking care of children. The office workers are always polite, helpful, and happy. I believe when the employees are happy it speaks volumes about the physician(s).

Speedy Service as far as booking the appointment getting called back into the room and seeing the doctor. We were in and out with prescription and hand for my son's ear infection.
