Attentive and professional staff. Cataract procedure was explained thoroughly and any questions were encouraged/answered. Extremely pleased with the results! Happy that I chose the multifocal lenses.

My corneas were scratched and i was in severe pain. I was gotten in same day and got immediate relief. Was checked on two days later. Completely recovered. Amazing.

I recently have visited this practice for a broken eye glass frame which was promptly repaired. I am pleased.
I mostly go to see Sean down in Acton but didn't have the available time to go down to see him due to the much longer travel time.
I have been treated very well as a patient and eye glass customer here for many years.

Very organized! I was really impressed with how they managed patients through the Covid lockdown. They put their patients first!
Dr. Bor-Shavik is wonderful. She's very gentle, listens and explains clearly. She is quick to respond to questions and concerns. I am so thankful for her expertise and calm, gentle manner.

The visit was quick, professional and I was able to order my glasses in one sitting.
Area for Improvement:
The check in process is an austerity and inefficient. Would you consider having patients go through this process online a few days before the visit? Speaking with 2 staff members who essentially ask the same questions in the parking lot is working harder and not smarter.

The procedure to enter the office is great. They are really concerned of our well being. Office staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. My appt was close to the time given and my visit was very informative and reassuring.
