D'Ambrosio Eye Care - Lancaster
Good Drs and very pleased with their care. I've had general checkups, a laser treatment to clean a lens, and a vitreoectomy surgery. All went well and Drs and med staff were great.
Ideas for the business to improve....
1) Get rid of the "call from the lot" check-in and having us wait outside. Made sense during COVID.. now it's impersonal and annoying.
2) Work on scheduling time management.... my waits have been ridiculously long every time. They finally called me in at 50 min past my appointment time last time... and it was an early appt! I actually ended up checking with the desk to make sure there wasn't a problem. Listen to the grumbling in your waiting area. I was quietly annoyed, but some folks were pretty vocal in their displeasure.
I've been pleased with the medical care. Not pleased with the weird parking lot check-in, or the LONG waits to be seen.

it was good. I do not like the fact that we have to call from our car. I find it a pain in the butt. also, maybe a little more time for doctor to explain. i understand they are going a mile a min. with so many patients. Staff is friendly and make u feel comfortable. Its the call from the car that gets me.. Have a good day all...

Excellent services and care, but having to call from your car upon arrival is annoying, and being kept on hold for someone to answer when I can just walk in is frustrating.

The staff at D'Ambrosio Eye Care are extremely efficient and courteous. My ophthalmogist is top notch and highly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for all eye care needs.

All my appointments have been very professional and a very good experiences. I think the Dr's and staff make me comfortable on each visit i have. My eyes are well taken care of at Dambrosio eye care.

I’ve been a patient for over 20 years and have found Dr. Mirabella, Dr D’Ambrosio and the staff to to be second to none.
I drive an hour to get there. Well worth it.

The facility is very clean. My procedure was done quickly (removal of an inclusion cyst on my eyelid) and with no pain or discomfort at all. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable and considerate. They called me back after a biopsy was done as they said they would. A totally positive experience

I would highly recommend this office! The eye doctor was great! The assistant was great answer all my questions! He also gave me the right prescription! Another place gave me the wrong prescription and said your eyes will ajust! This doctor said no your eyes will not ajust! So glad I went here!

I give 5 stars because the staff is very good. Doc Marabello does a great job. However, they are overtaxed. I was there much longer than I should have been. An operation this size should be running like a well oiled machine. Also, stop the calling from the parking lot. Covid is over.

Flow was smoother and well orchestrated during the overall appt. During camera work while pupils were dilating was a better use of time. Dr BiBi was very professional, friendly and good communicator. Great experience

The girl that did my testing was professional, proficient and exceedingly personable. She went out of her way to be helpful to me. I am 92 years old and I appreciated her attention. Dr. Wu was great as always. I have been seeing him for about fifteen years now.
