Helpful and pleasant to me. I had to have eye surgery which went well, the staff at the hospital were very friendly and caring
My eyesight was improved I see a lot better.

I was grateful the Dr was able to see me sooner than I thought. I was also able to get a follow up appointment at a good time as well. The Specialist was able to inform/explain the issue I was having. I wish I made myself clear last year so such much time hadn't passed. Everyone there was very professional.

It was an emergency situation and they took me right away even though they are incredibly busy. I was very impressed by the doctor who saw me.

I stopped by to have my eyeglasses frame straightened. Even though they were very busy i only waited a few minutes and then they took me. My frame was corrected swiftly. I was very pleased.

My eye exam included a peripheral eye exam. I did much better this time because of the use of a set of glasses instead of looking through a small hole.
The doctor who did my cataract surgery checked out my eyes. An assistant checked my eye pressure, vision, etc. I am very happy with D'Ambrosio Eye Care.

Good Drs and very pleased with their care. I've had general checkups, a laser treatment to clean a lens, and a vitreoectomy surgery. All went well and Drs and med staff were great.
Ideas for the business to improve....
1) Get rid of the "call from the lot" check-in and having us wait outside. Made sense during COVID.. now it's impersonal and annoying.
2) Work on scheduling time management.... my waits have been ridiculously long every time. They finally called me in at 50 min past my appointment time last time... and it was an early appt! I actually ended up checking with the desk to make sure there wasn't a problem. Listen to the grumbling in your waiting area. I was quietly annoyed, but some folks were pretty vocal in their displeasure.
I've been pleased with the medical care. Not pleased with the weird parking lot check-in, or the LONG waits to be seen.

it was good. I do not like the fact that we have to call from our car. I find it a pain in the butt. also, maybe a little more time for doctor to explain. i understand they are going a mile a min. with so many patients. Staff is friendly and make u feel comfortable. Its the call from the car that gets me.. Have a good day all...
