I give 5 stars because the staff is very good. Doc Marabello does a great job. However, they are overtaxed. I was there much longer than I should have been. An operation this size should be running like a well oiled machine. Also, stop the calling from the parking lot. Covid is over.

Flow was smoother and well orchestrated during the overall appt. During camera work while pupils were dilating was a better use of time. Dr BiBi was very professional, friendly and good communicator. Great experience

The girl that did my testing was professional, proficient and exceedingly personable. She went out of her way to be helpful to me. I am 92 years old and I appreciated her attention. Dr. Wu was great as always. I have been seeing him for about fifteen years now.

Dr Elite Bor-Shavit and staff were fast, thorough, explained my test results in detail, and were very patient with my many questions. I was impressed with their efficiency and feel confident in their conclusions.

Experience was great. Did not have to wait long to see the surgeon.
Dr.Chang is not only a great surgeon with her expertise but her patient/doctor interaction is done with a caring and professional attitude.
The patient care assistant was very knowledgeable and patient oriented as well which I appreciated.

Very efficient office, techs and Dr. Chang have been compassionate before, during and after my cornea transplant and cataract surgery. Dr. Chang has spent time explaining and offering her professional expertise. I am eternally grateful that my vision has improved so I no longer wear glasses.

As always, my doctor was prompt, kind, friendly, and efficient, and I have nothing but great things to say about D'Ambrosio's service. That being said, the "call to enter" procedure doesn't work. I sat in my car, listening to the phone ring for several minutes without being answered. I had to simply go into the office so I wouldn't be late for my appointment, but when greeted, I was told I had to call ahead of time. From INSIDE the office, I called again. This time the call was answered, and after answering some questions I was able to enter the waiting room. For such a professional organization, one would think they could figure out a better way to "greet" their clientele.

Attentive and professional staff. Cataract procedure was explained thoroughly and any questions were encouraged/answered. Extremely pleased with the results! Happy that I chose the multifocal lenses.

My corneas were scratched and i was in severe pain. I was gotten in same day and got immediate relief. Was checked on two days later. Completely recovered. Amazing.

I recently have visited this practice for a broken eye glass frame which was promptly repaired. I am pleased.
I mostly go to see Sean down in Acton but didn't have the available time to go down to see him due to the much longer travel time.
I have been treated very well as a patient and eye glass customer here for many years.
