Having a bent eyeglass frame I went to D and saw a certified technician which was fixed there but i also ordered a new eyeglass frame and prescription so i have a backup. My technician expertly found a new eyeglass frame and prescription at a fantastic price. I picked up my new glasses when available which came in a short time. I am very pleased with my experience at D Eye care.

I usually don't do surveys, or such, however my visit was fantastic! I have never had such an extensive eye examine! The doctor was great and her staff were as well. Plus there were humorous moment, which set a nice tone. Well done!

All staff were efficient and pleasant. Wait was short. Complex is clean and well updated, as always. The doctor was professional and pleasant. Staff member who evaluated me before seeing doctor had another person with her who she introduced by name, but not by function. This person carried out the evaluation (checking my vision, eyes etc.) She did a fine job. The primary person stayed at the computer with her back to me the whole time. never made eye contact with me. The primary person was not as professional as I am accustomed to at the office or any other of the practice's offices. Her behavior and her appearance were less than usual in my opinion. Very heavy make-up, very, very long fingernails. Nicely manicured and clean looking, but scary long!!! I would not have let her touch my eyes if she had to do so for the examination. Fortunately, she didn't. Her overall attitude was one of indifference and annoyance. Not like any other interaction I have ever had in about 20+ years as a patient. This, of course is my opinion, and maybe she was having a bad day. However, in a patient center profession one needs to rise to the occasion regardless of our mood or circumstances.

Exceptional care with a friendly, professional and in depth eye care. Dr Judy was very good and I left confident that my eyes are OK.

The Dr. of Optometry was excellent and thorough. Had to wait to get in after calling gardner office which was kind of a nuisance as it was cold. They need to end that practice. Overall, a quality visit.

I recently went to D’Ambrosio Eye Care for cataract surgery and was very anxious. The staff could not have been any nicer! They reassured me every step of the way, spoke to the Drs on my behalf, constantly checked in on me, and were extremely caring. The anesthesiologist and surgeon both checked in and reassured me as well. Best of all…after wearing glasses for 54 years I no longer need to wear them for distance….remarkable!

I have been going to Dr. Wu for many years. He has performed three procedures and all have worked out to my benefit. He has a great “bedside manner” too.
