Dr. Cross is the best! He always takes time to answer my questions and explain clearly. He is friendly, courteous and very competent... I feel fortunate to have him as my Cardiologist! Also his staff is excellent, very well trained.

The entire experience was outstanding. From the nursing staff to Dr. Cross, everyone was wonderful. Dr. Cross explained everything and took time to listen and answer my questions. In a world of doctors that rush your visit, Dr. Cross is not that way. He actually listens and cares. A truly outstanding doctor.

Dr. Cross and his Nurses are excellent. It’s a professional setting and a calm place. Dr. Cross and his nurses truly take time to listen and communicate. Being older, I find communication skills have decreased over time in my health care experiences. For that reason, I feel Dr. Cross and his Nurses are outstanding!

Dr. Cross listen to my complaints, and offered sound solutions. He never talked above me nor has he ever talked in a condescending manner. He has an uncanny ability to put his patients at ease, shows empathy ( not many doctors do that). He will spend as much time as you need until he is sure you understand all your options, diagnosis.

Dr. Cross always takes the time to listen to you. I never feel rushed or hurried when speaking with him. He’s extremely professional and explains everything to you when you ask him a question I would recommend him to anyone.
