DR. Cross has been my doctor for 12 years. I have all the confidence in him. I ask that I see him only because he knows me. The others are great also but he is the one I want to see.

The tech assistant was excellent and very caring. She took my blood pressure twice when l asked her since my first reading was so high.

Dr Cross takes the time to explain my care plan. He also answers all questions I and my wife asks. I have complete faith in him . I am lucky to be his patient.

Everyone including receptionist was excellent. The appt was organized and a team approach was used. Can't think of one thing that would have improved my appointment. The one thing that stood out was I did not feel rushed through as I have felt in other doctor's offices in the past.
