Dr Cross seems rushed to finish with me and I was able to express my concerns or ask questions to my satisfaction. Once he leaves the room he simply disappears. I remember him being much more helpful in the past. Big Corporate Medicine creates this type of impersonal culture of care.

Yea !! The nurse that walks you to the room where the doctor will be seeing you … AWESOME!!!! Wanted to hug her … the sweetest thing since apple pie ala mode’… so informative, directions , making sure she explained everything in detail.💋
