All staff were outstanding from the minute I walked in the door. Dr Cross is amazing, explaining everything. Med tech, Rey ( think that's her name) is so gentle and attentive. Faith and check out staff ( don't remember name) were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Cross took valuable time to explain the testing that was performed and the possible future testing that may be needed. He responded accurately and courteously to questions that I had about medications and prescriptions.

Yes. I do not know the young Black lady Medical Assistant's name, but I must say she was exceptional! In many ways. Her bedside manner, her communication skills, her knowledge, her personality, her enthusiasm, her expression of caring. I tried to convey this directly to her, but I was so surprised that words failed me at the time. I told my wife that of all the Medical Assistants I have dealt with at many various physicians office, she was absolutely the best I have ever encountered. You are extremely lucky to have this young lady as one of your employees.

The initial nurse assistant was very nice and made me feel at ease. She made sure she had all my Heath history before meeting with Dr Cross. Dr Cross took his time explaining all my options and genuinely wanted to make sure I was comfortable in finding out what I needed.

The attending nurse and Dr Cross are absolutely outstanding. Spectacular care. It's understandable why it's hard to schedule because I'm sure he is in high demand and worth any inconvenience

The staff was very professional and friendly. Dr Cross was very knowledgeable, addressed all of my concerns,and I would recommend him highly to others. I have a service dog that I brought with me and he was welcomed.
