Dr. Cross always takes the time to listen to you. I never feel rushed or hurried when speaking with him. He’s extremely professional and explains everything to you when you ask him a question I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Cross seems rushed to finish with me and I was able to express my concerns or ask questions to my satisfaction. Once he leaves the room he simply disappears. I remember him being much more helpful in the past. Big Corporate Medicine creates this type of impersonal culture of care.
