The staff are very friendly and even smile. The doctor asks direct questions. And shares information in an understandable form. My daughter’s recommended this doctor and I’m very pleased with this Office. I would highly recommend this office to others.

Front office, assistants, Dr.Cox are all first class in medical knowlege and bed side manners. Shout out to the doc assistant Delores? Not sure of her name. She puts you at ease and is very customer focused.

The waiting area has amble seating and is very clean. Receptionists are friendly and responsive to questions. The medical staff are very compassionate and the entire experience beginning to end is excellent.

When I really needed to be seen by Dr. Cox, I was given an appointment the very next morning. As things turned out, Dr. Cox had me transported "across the way" to Baptist Beaches Hospital, where, ironically, a bevy of tests showed no cardiac issues. However, in the process of releasing me, the hospital's weekend hospitalist recognized my persistent cough as "pneumonia," and kept me for further tests which uncovered two pneumonias and a pulmonary embolism along with a raging upper respiratory infection.
THANK GOD FOR DR. COX AND HIS COLLEAGUES!!!
