Yunmi Evans is outstanding! She saved my life at my last visit by catching an abnormal heart rhythm which turned out to be AFib. She has outstanding bedside manner always caring patient and she listens to you! She genuinely wants what’s best for you and discusses all the options!

Keith is very easy to talk to. He listened to my story showing interest and asked for clarifications at times. I felt safe in his presence and spoke freely to him. I would recommend Keith to you.

What could have been done to improve this visit?
I really like my PA and was in for my yearly Medicare visit. Everything was reviewed well. However, toward the end of the visit, she did not ask me if I had any new issues come up. I was somewhat disappointed about that however, if there was something that I wanted to discuss with her, I would have spoken up!

Very pleased with the nursing and office staff at copper mountain , professional , but not too pushy or intimidating experience , made me feel like I was important but not phony coming from the staff & nursing , for a doctor's office I really don't mind having copper mountain be my place to go when I'm not feeling well , very good environment .

They explained thoroughly questions that came up pertaining to my illness at the time, my hearing is not so good but when speaking to mee were very clear I don't remember having to remind them to speak up , the office staff as well as the nurse helping me with my illness we're courteous professional & explained things to me that were in a dialogue as to not make me feel talked down to , I'm very happy with the staff & the nurses in the way that my visit was handled by them , very good environment I would recommend copper mountain to others if asked to do so ..

As far as I can see there does not seem to be any area of improvement with copper mountain for me any way I'm very pleased with copper mountain and as opposed to other places find them to be very helpful & I'm very comfortable and relaxed & actually enjoyed the time I spend there whenever I need medical attention..

I personally feel that Dr.Yunmi shows interest in me . She asks questions that I believe completely and comfortable . When the appointment is just about over she says to me that I’m doing better. Which to me is very important.

I really don’t know exactly what could have improved my experience. I’m very comfortable when I’m there. And usually I’m a little nervous when I see doctors.

It’s been years since a provider called me to see how I was feeling and if my meds were working and Kelly fid this and it was very much appreciated. Kelly took the time in office to listen and thoroughly discuss everything that was happening with me. I can’t say enough about how pleased Iam with Kelly Masten .
