Kelly Masten is incredible...I normally don't care for doctors but Kelly is super caring and knowledgeable. My favorite doctor all time hands down. She will go far in her profession if sh so chooses..

I was impressed with Samuel Crandell. He was everything a provider should be. Sam was very knowledgeable. Sam wasn’t afraid to admit he wasn’t an expert on an issue and referred me to a specialist to be evaluated. I respected that. It was my first visit to establish care and I will certainly keeping him as my PCP.

The receptionist was rather gruff and was not a good impression.

I was in the hospital and Dr. Roseberry was very concerned, asked me to sign a document to let him get information on all my records. He’s a very good doctor and very knowledgeable as well as caring and shows compassion.

Dr. Brad Montierth was excellent and explaining and treating myself with my diabetes and high blood pressure. I also like to give a shout out to Patti. His assistant should be friendly, courteous, and always had a smile on her face. That’s why I keep going back.

When a specialist confirmed my headaches were not sinus headaches, Samuel Crandell researched my symptoms and gave me the help I needed. He suggested I may be having vestibular migraines and gave me a prescription that helped me.
What could have been done to improve this visit?

My experience with Dr.McNeill and his staff was absolutely the best care I have ever received...as an RN specizing in Quality Assurance I fully believe my care is the very best i have experienced and witnessed in my life. His. Care is head and shoulders above any care I've seen.He is brilliant,very well versed in disease processes and treatments.. He listens. And asks probing questions... .His knowledge and insights are the absolute finest. .. He is the Gold standard practicener... Im very grateful he accepted me in his panel of patients . And its very comforting to know he cares and knows exactly what is needed. His medical assistant is head and shoulders beyond any ive worked with or seen professionally ( i have been a clinic supervisor and a nursing home director of nursing) her personality if warm and caring,and she asks great questions. I am so happy to be seen her..... I feel very blessed to receive care from Dr McNeill and Treyci the MA

Dr. McNeil has been my doctor for the last four years ever since Covid and he is the best provider I have had in a very long time. He always looks out for me my conditions that I have and he’s just a good doctor.
