Very pleased with the nursing and office staff at copper mountain , professional , but not too pushy or intimidating experience , made me feel like I was important but not phony coming from the staff & nursing , for a doctor's office I really don't mind having copper mountain be my place to go when I'm not feeling well , very good environment .

Yumni discussed alternate treatments with me when I refused Statin drugs. We discussed pros and cons and she was understanding. I thought the time she spent was outstanding, helping me to understand my choices

Dr Khan does not rush the visit. He made sure I understood the treatment and was comfortable with it. His medical assistant is amazing and keeps me in the loop about everything! I especially appreciate them communicating with me on the status of my authorizations and how much effort they put in helping me receive the treatment I desperately needed.

Kelly demonstrated genuine concern, she was thoughtful and kind while I was rather upset because there had not been anyone that had really listened to my medical problem. She was attentive, and got the ball rolling immediately by requesting labs, prescriptions and x-rays.I was so grateful to finally be heard, and to this day she and her medical assistant continually demonstrate kindness, concern and professionalism.
