Great staff and very attentive during visit. Dr. Montierth is always friendly and really listens to any and all concerns. Always discusses findings and plans for any treatments. Highly recommend him as a PCP.

Overall the people running the admitting Desk the CNA doing blood pressure heart rate and Temperature do well. My PA did well so I could go home with a good experience. All staff etc. are doing their very best.

For the first time in years someone actually listened to me. We had a discussion back and forth. He made sure I understood everything and I did. Provided me with out of the box answers and I usually understood my own condition I'm very grateful to this NP and if I ever switched clinics I would insist on having him as my provider that I guarantee you.

She was very pleasant and smiled alot throughout the visit. She. was confident and presented throughly what she wanted to do why, when and how. I was asked for any questions again and was given instructions. Her assistant copper mt staff have called to see how I was, and any help needed.

He never told me to stop talking when answering a question that he asked, which is common for Dr [ ], kudos to Chris for letting me answer a question. He was also helpful in trying to solve my issues instead of just saying “you need avoid dairy” I don’t eat dairy so that suggestion by DR K also not helpful. Chris was polite and helpful.

Extremely well informed ...open to hearing my ideas. Its very clear that he cares. In all my years ( over forty years) of professional experience. Yes, she was very helpful and gave me an extra dress in the dress my toe. I had a sore on my toe. They needed to be dressed and she gave me extra stuff to do it. I thought that was very appropriate of her if I have to see her for so I wouldn’t mind seeing her again

Kelly is the most thorough af all the many doctors I’ve had in the past 50 years. I value her support and follow thru.

The mountain Graham complex overall is an excellent facility. The only real opportunity I see is in the referral process. Remote party referrals do not usually respond in a timely fashionReferring which is not at all indicative of the copper mountain and greater mt Graham complex.

The visits were for my granddaughter. Rebecca has always taken the time to take care of her and her medical conditions and listening to her needs. She refuses to see anyone but Rebecca unless absolutely necessary.

The only problem is turnover on receptionist and how extremely rude some of them are.
