The visits were for my granddaughter. Rebecca has always taken the time to take care of her and her medical conditions and listening to her needs. She refuses to see anyone but Rebecca unless absolutely necessary.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
The only problem is turnover on receptionist and how extremely rude some of them are.

Dr Bhat is always interested in my problems and gives me advice on taking my medication and is trying to get the problem under control. She is very personable and kind along with her professional knowledge. She always acknowledges my family members that accompany me to my appointment and listens to their input as well. I feel very confident under her care. Thank you ❣️

Not sure. I really appreciate the ability to have face to face conversations and not have to travel three hours to an out of town appointment.

Dr. Montierth Has always been outstanding when I go see him for my regular diabetes check up his staff and very courteous. He always give me suggestion on how to improve my health. I am feeling a lot better being a diabetic under his care. My A1c used to be over 12 and now it is under seven.

My last visit was with Dr Roseberry and the visit was excellent. Previously at copper mountain clinic I have seen nurse Evans and a couple of others. And always been treated well and gotten right away the same day as I called will be doing follow up visit after I have an ultrasound.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Nothing infact Dr Rosenberry saw some precancerus spots on my face and froze them off. Witch was a relief. Very impressed since I had no idea what they were.

He always ask me how I'm doing and is interested in what is going on with me. And ask me how the medications I am taking are doing. And then we adjust them from there.

I don't know if there could be anything dunn to improve it. All I would say was to keep doing what they are doing. It is good with me.

The PA Sam Crandell wanted to help me cure my health problems and not have me stay on medication all my life and He said not to worry he saw I was worried about my health problems and was giving me hope that this can be fixed/cured. With diet and weight loss Seems like he cared. 1st PA I had that actually cared and gave hope for my problems. I was also recommended This Clinic by 2 elder nurses I know. One of them got PA Sam Crandell as my PA. She called and made appointment for me and they were fast and very helpful. And worked together get me in ASAP.

Nothing I can think of. Only maybe me asking more questions. Other than that it was very good visits. Fast and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a PA or doctor.
