Dr Khan does not rush the visit. He made sure I understood the treatment and was comfortable with it. His medical assistant is amazing and keeps me in the loop about everything! I especially appreciate them communicating with me on the status of my authorizations and how much effort they put in helping me receive the treatment I desperately needed.

Kelly demonstrated genuine concern, she was thoughtful and kind while I was rather upset because there had not been anyone that had really listened to my medical problem. She was attentive, and got the ball rolling immediately by requesting labs, prescriptions and x-rays.I was so grateful to finally be heard, and to this day she and her medical assistant continually demonstrate kindness, concern and professionalism. I was impressed with Samuel Crandell. He was everything a provider should be. Sam was very knowledgeable. Sam wasn’t afraid to admit he wasn’t an expert on an issue and referred me to a specialist to be evaluated. I respected that. It was my first visit to establish care and I will certainly keeping him as my PCP.

The receptionist was rather gruff and was not a good impression.

I was in the hospital and Dr. Roseberry was very concerned, asked me to sign a document to let him get information on all my records. He’s a very good doctor and very knowledgeable as well as caring and shows compassion.

Dr. Brad Montierth was excellent and explaining and treating myself with my diabetes and high blood pressure. I also like to give a shout out to Patti. His assistant should be friendly, courteous, and always had a smile on her face. That’s why I keep going back.
