The check in person was a delight. She was super friendly and kind, even on check out. The check out crew had other things to do, so they asked me to go out front to check out.

Dr. Coppa is a talented, skilled surgeon. Not only was my surgical outcome of success but his communication skills are excellent. He doesn't hesitate to spend the time necessary to help in decision making and explaining procedures and care. His CV is impressive and his personality and demeanor and skills are also. BTW he has a delightful, professional and knowledgeable staff which I also appreciate.

Dr Coppa was excellent. He spent plenty of time with me and explained everything very clearly. He showed courtesy and kindness and answered all my questions. He showed me my MRI results and explained possible solutions. I am Impressed with his knowledge.

The ER and the OR was great at informing me of each step they were taking. Overall, it was a very good experience. Mostly because the workers stayed engaged and were kind.
