Actually, very good falls short of my preferred answer. Everything was amazing. I wanted an appointment, but was told there was nothing available in the near future. Because of our travel plans, I told them I couldn't book for a date in advance that far. I got a return phone call and was given an appointment the very next morning. At that appointment it was suggested that I undergo a sleep study. The sleep study availability was pretty far out too. My unavailability for a date that far in advance was disappointing, they said that I'd be put on a waiting list. Within two hours, I was given a phone call and had the sleep study done the same day as my appointment with the doctor. Seriously, I can't express how attentive and patient oriented these services have been. By far, without doubt, and no comparison to anything else, this is the best medical care I've received in my 73 trips around the sun.

I have seen at least 3 pulmonary/sleep doctors. I was not pleased with the quality of their care or overall feeling of these practices.Dr. Colon was truly a very pleasant surprise. He is the first sleep specialist that took the time to explain everything concerning all my sleep issues and disorders. He was pleasant and friendly. I did feel rushed and he took the time to explain my health care plan going forward.I look forward to working together concerning my sleep disorders.

Paula, was our medical assistant and was very professional and made my daughter feel very comfortable during this visit. She is very excellent at doing her job and very excellent with keeping my daughter calm when taking her blood pressure. Dr.Colon was amazing with my daughter as well had a smile on her face and made her laugh.

This staff was the BEST I've encountered in over 14 years in Fort Myers. Courteous, professional for sure, but also engaging and very kind. Every person went out of her way to make me comfortable and to deal with any issues. And with a smile.

Paula is a kind and helpful nurse that helped me with important information I needed to get faxed .Dr colon is a great neurologist I couldn't ask for anyone better he's extremely helpful with all my medical needs. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a great neurologist he's the best.

The entire staff has been helpful, courteous, efficient & informative. Dr Colon treated my son well over a decade ago. He impressed me so much with how he worked with my young son & me that I have referred MANY people to him over the years and have continued to use the knowledge & guidance he shared with us since them. He was just as impressive all these years later now that I need his services.

Dr.Colon is VERY knowledgable, caring and a very pleasant person. He is never rushed and is very patient. I highly recommend him to others. I feel blessed to have him as my physician. I am a retired pediatric certified RN. My appointment was made overnight and I saw the doctor promptly without any waiting.

Staff worked to make sure they had all paperwork together so I did not have to return in case one option was not approved. They are also working hard to deal with my insurance company which incorrectly denied pre-authorization for a medication for an invalid reason.

From start to finish my appointment was excellent! I was greeted immediately and the entire reception staff was great. Paula and Dr. Colon took great care of me as both were extremely knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Colon is an excellent physician and his expertise was expressed from initial contact throughout. I appreciate the ability to learn more about my sleep through his very thorough explanations. Dr. Colon used a teaching technique that really helped me understand what I am experiencing. I am greatly appreciative of how my appointment went. Thank you all!

Dr Colon is Fantastic. He doesn't just tell you what to do , what not to do and what medications to take. He thoroughly explains how medications work and how things will effect my daughter given her medical conditions. The care he provides is outstanding. Far better than any physician we have seen in the state of Florida
