All the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly and Kelsey was extremely helpful and kind.

Was informed by Kelsey about a different procedure that would eliminate some of the problems we are having with current treatment. Had not heard of this treatment prior to now. Was pleased with her suggestions and instructed her to move ahead and schedule the procedure.

Kelsey Guevara was very attentive and thorough. She used a model of the [ ] and explained the function and effects of it. Due to the [ ] being slightly elevated compared to the previous [ ] so she performed an exam and prescribed a follow up test in the near future.

Kelsey, Tara and Rose were fantastic and the person who checked me in and out (I don’t have her name) also. I couldn’t get a timely appointment [ ] so my husband a patient of Dr [ ] called and spoke with a rep who fit me in this week. For that I am grateful.

Kelsey provided exceptional care. She listened to and validated all of my concerns and was very empathetic. She also did a thorough chart review prior to me coming in and went over all of my test results with me. I really appreciated her level of care and attention and felt all of my concerns were addressed.

I thought Kelsey was wonderful and she managed to answer all my questions in a very calm and hopeful way. When I called for an appointment, they had me in the very next day, which made me feel like they cared. Everyone had a great smile and was courteous and respectful.
