First Urology appointment I’ve ever had so I was apprehensive. I needn’t have been., I was made to feel comfortable from the first minute through to the check out. Both Kelsey and the nurse were friendly, efficient and caring. After instruction on procedures that I could perform for myself at home, I was able to get a full nights [ ] for the first time in months. Only wish the wait time to get an initial appointment hadn’t been as long.
