I had a wonderful experience. I can't think of anything you need to improve. I was answering the previous question honestly because I don't live close by. It would be unlikely that there would be a situation where I would have the opportunity to make a recommendation for MD Anderson. But if it ever comes up, I'll be sure to give you a good recommendation.

As always, the doctors and staff were friendly, courteous, respectful and professional. I believe that everyone of the patients come to BMDA to get help with a very challenging situation. From my personal visits and others I have talked with about their experiences, I can say the entire staff of BMDA is genuinely concerned about the physical and emotional wellbeing of the patients and the people accompanying them.

The entire staff is the most caring and friendly of any I have encountered at MD Anderson. Dr. Pezzi is very thorough and explains everything in partnership with me. He expresses his opinion as well as options and worst/best case scenario. Decisions are made together and my opinion matters when making those decisions. I feel he treats me like family. I am so appreciative of how he has handled my care.

Staff assisting Dr. Pezzi was knowledgeable and efficient in their duties--pleasing personalities and made me very comfortable. Dr. Pezzi was terrific, as always, and I was sorry to hear that he is retiring in a few months. MDA will surely be poorer for his absence. Happy retirement Dr. Pezzi----you will be missed.
