Excellent care. Felt that I was treated as a person. They knew about my case. It was about me and my needs not them being focused on the computer and not paying attention to what I was saying or asking about like other providers have done.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Yes, Dr and staff were very attentive to my needs. Prescribed medication taking my overall health profile into consideration. Waiting and Rxam rooms are bright and very clean.

Dr. Haltegrin was very informative and responsive to my questions. He also did a nice job of listening and demonstrating he was listening by repeating my concerns.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Christopher took the time to sit with me and talk about any concerns he saw in my chart, concerns I had, and took the time to talk about additional testing and why it was important. Christopher’s office followed up with me within 48 business hours about the testing results and asked if there was any questions or if I wanted to have an appointment to discuss any concerns. It was very helpful and reassuring in my pregnancy to know Christopher took the time to care for not only myself but my child too.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The staff there including Dr Haltigan is amazing. I was nervous about my Dr being a male with all the stuff I had going on but they all made me feel safe and comfortable and heard even with my severe anxiety disorder...I ask a lot of questions but they never made me feel bad about it or embarrassed. Highly recommend

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I felt safe with him, he listened to me and took every concern into consideration. He made sure I was able to get a necessary medication, and communicated clearly with me. He is an excellent provider, and I look forward to continuing to be seen by him and his co-workers during my pregnancy

Pleasant front staff, doctor's nurse was kind and understanding. And Dr Haltigin is an excellent physican andunderstanding and caring.

Very nice staff, it was great having a Dr who actually listened to your questions and concerns and who talked and explained the procedure, results and next steps moving forward. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Dr. H and his team were incredibly supportive and helpful during my miscarriage. They did everything they could to ensure I was comfortable and knew what to expect during a difficult time.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Dr. Haltigin seemed very rushed during my appointment. It was hard to take in all the information he gave me so quickly. It would be helpful if he slowed his pace.

I really appreciated that Dr Haltigin knew my history it showed he reviewed my medical record. I really appreciate how he looked at me and spoke to me and was not just looking at and focused on the computer. It made me feel like a person and heard. Great bedside manner.

Dr. Haltigin is an excellent doctor who truly listens and cares for his patients. He has a great bedside manner and shows respect every time I see him. He is very thorough with his notes and always answers all my questions. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

He figured dates and times that I forgotten about very nice and helpful easy to talk understood everything and asked me questions that showed he is a good doctor and is there for his patients scared of new change new doctors being new in alpena but felt very comfortable

Dr Haltigin is the best. He knows my chart, he is interested in my comfort and he never seems rushed. Always explaining all aspects of visit.

Be able to make appointments more than 3 months out. A year would be ideal.

Dr Haltigin was very informative and explained things very well on my level. I felt very comfortable asking questions and he answered professionally. He has helped me understand aging as well as making me feel comfortable. Highly recommend him and his office staff.

Christopher was not professional before coming into exam room. I could hear him talking on the phone in the hallway upset about staffing issues/scheduled appointments, etc.

Doctor Haltigin has a very caring manner and listens intently to all your concerns. He is a very caring individual and I was fortunate to have him as my doctor in time of need. I would highly recommend him and actually have already to a friend.

I have pretty bad health anxiety due to trauma in my past so I get pretty nervous for procedures or appointments everytime hours nurses as well as the DR himself have always been gentle kind patient and understanding with me and made it feel safe. So I appreciate that

The person who scheduled my ultrasound seemed distracted, grumpy and left us feeling kind of confused. Maybe she was just having a bad day?

Starting with the staff everyone was very friendly office was clean. Appt was on time provider answered every question I had. The best experience by far that I ever had in a doctors appt I am a first time mom and I feel very comfortable and happy . Especially in a new state they made me feel at home.

I love Justine for the on call questions. She is great and always responds caring and empathic. I also have had great experiences with Dr Haltigin with my nausea through this pregnancy. I really appreciate all the support and advice from them both!

The Dr was very thorough in explaining everything going on without making me feel like I was bothering to much. Very courteous and so was his nurse that was in the room. Truly make it easier to get thru what is most uncomfortable of appointments

The student ultrasound tech was very nice, professional, and personable. She made me feel comfortable and did a great job. The nurse was very caring and attentive. Dr. Haltigin was knowledgeable and caring and explained everything very well. I was very pleased with my experience and everyone involved in my care.

Dr. Haltihin’s care for as his patient was excellent and very thorough. He explained everything in great detail and was very helpful with all of my questions. I would highly recommend him as he treated me with respect and professionalism.

Dr Haltigin reviewed my chart before I arrived so he knew the medical issues of the past several months I had dealt with. That impressed me as I did not have to review that. He was kind, informed and knowledgeable.
