I was very happy with the whole process however it could have easily been done with a Zoom call. Something you might want to consider. Would have saved my time and the providers time.

The dr. Was.very informative and both the Dr.and anatheologist had very good listening skills as I knew with there great treatment,they heard me and any concerns I had.

The staff at Remown Urology are friendly and very helpful. Dr. Shenk is very friendly, helpful and caring about my treatment. The service I received at Renown Urology is ten times better than the service I received from Urology Nevada.

The doctor was very knowledgeable, very thorough in knowing what was already on my medical history, very friendly and kind, listened to me like I couldn't have asked for better, a better doctor. So that's what I have to say about Dr. Schenk. Amazing doctor. I had really great first impression.

Dr. Shenk was very thorough with her examination and took into consideration the problems I'm having and gave me alternatives to get it treated. So she's very thorough and very explanatory in what was going on. The staff is all good. I appreciate the care that they give me. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you.

Hi there. The visit was wonderful and very, very helpful. The one thing you need to fix is this telephone system. I had to punch up my dial pad on the screen in order to hit one, and then it started repeating nonsense. Try this on a cell phone sometime. It won't take responses at all. and then it says three to do something else. After I pushed one about three times, nothing was happening, so I tried three, and then I just called you back at 92.92. Okay? But yeah, everything's fine. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.
