Prior to my [ ], Dr. Shenk came to talk with my husband and I to discuss the [ ]. She was thorough and also very personable which made us both at ease. Many doctors don’t have that level of bedside manner.

Dr Shenk was very friendly and informative. I was very impressed with her. She even drew a pretty good outline while explaining what could be done for me to understand what procedure I could choose. I was very comfortable with her and that’s not easy for me.

Dr Shenk made visit excellent. Also nurse practitioner. Everything was explained. I was told what to expect. Also handout for procedure was helpful. Doctors seem very proficient and confident. Options after tests were explained thoroughly and I feel good about decision made with recommendations from Dr Shenk.

Dr. Schneck went above and beyond to find the cause of my problem. She had me scheduled for a procedure as quickly as possible. She has a knack for putting one at ease. She makes herself available for all concerns. So nice to have such a professional and intelligent Dr. who cares.

Dr. Shenk was a very good listener & practitioner bided me so much information regarding my health situation. I found her to be very knowlegeable in so many area of my health situation. Options were provided & I left her office feeling very hopeful. I feel very confident in her abilities to treat me one way or another. She communicated with me in a way I understood & I felt that she really wants to help me. I got to know Madee, her front receptionist quite well over the phone & she did everything in her power to get me worked in for an appt with Dr. Shenk within the week. I have suffered so much with my [ ] issue for over a year now & was desperate to see Dr. Shenk who was referred to me by my [ ] Nurse, Kelly. Madee was very kind to me, very professional & extremely efficient. She also was effective in giving me hope. I was very appreciative of [ ] getting me an appt with Dr. Shenk so quickly. It prevented me from having to make a trip to UC Davis.

I was leaving on vacation within a week, and needed to see Dr Shenk as soon as possible. Her office got me in within a couple of days, and she got me the tests I needed quickly. I was very impressed with her and the urology staff.

It was refreshing to be able to talk to a doctor. After 5 years of only seeing a physician assistant at Urology Nevada, it was nice to discuss my numbers with a doctor. The physician assistant at Renown Urology is significantly better than the one I saw at Urology [ ].

I was especially impressed by the candor and frankness with which both Chloe and her new associate Darrin discussed my condition and the prognosis for my situation down the line I am very impressed with their knowledge and thoroughness.

Dr. Shenk knew my complete urological medical history at my first visit. She had my records from Urology Nevada and spent time going through them before my first visit with her. She listened to me and involved me in decesions, options and how to proceed.
