Hi there. The visit was wonderful and very, very helpful. The one thing you need to fix is this telephone system. I had to punch up my dial pad on the screen in order to hit one, and then it started repeating nonsense. Try this on a cell phone sometime. It won't take responses at all. and then it says three to do something else. After I pushed one about three times, nothing was happening, so I tried three, and then I just called you back at 92.92. Okay? But yeah, everything's fine. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

Dr. Chloe Shenk has gone above and beyond as doctors normally don't. She did, and she went round with radiology about my neuromodulator and how it is MRI safe, and she's done everything she can and has helped with other health issues that I have. She's a phenomenal doctor, and they're hard to come by in this industry.

This visit did not include seeing the doctor. The tech performing the BCG treatment was very professional and explained both the procedure and the present problem in getting the BCG.

Yeah, I'd just like to comment on Dr. Shenk. She's very professional. She at least makes me feel comfortable during the visits. She's open to discussions that can be quite difficult for the patient, myself, and I just appreciate her, and want to thank you guys at Renown for doing such a good job. Thank you.

I feel confused… Botox was recommended but it was not scheduled. Will scheduling call me or do I call them? I requested a refill for external catheters but still waiting for the refill order.

For over a year I've been dealing with discomfort and it seems like I've been through so many doctors and professionals who could not figure out what was wrong with me. After seeing Chloe Schenck, I immediately got relief and started to feel better. She knew exactly what was wrong with me and was able to help me right away. She's very knowledgeable in her field and I'm so happy that I was able to get in to see her and fix my problem.

I’ve worked in healthcare for over 15 years and totally understand the dynamic of teamwork. Hearing staff members at the front talk about other staff members and their lack of caring about their job may make some patients concerned. The staff that ruined me and the physician were both exceptional, very personable and very caring.
