Have appreciated that he has been using the Tena machine on me each time to be able to get the best adjustment each visit. Also the kindness and smiles goes a long way in relaxing a patient.

I love the fact that Dr. Henslin continues his education and learning new things. The fact that he can help me with my sinuses is amazing. I'm older and he is the reason I am able to continue to workout, play volleyball and be active. Without him, I'd be on the couch.

While I love his treatment and won't go anywhere else, it does get frustrating to some days have to wait 45 minutes. Guess that's all part of him taking his time with patients and addressing all their needs.

I do think Dr. Henslin needs more time allowed for his appointments. He's always behind. Probably because he refuses to push patients out the door. He does great work and I don't think he should be forced to shorten appointments just to meet a timeline.

He does an amazing job. Just would be nice if wasn't always running behind on times and would be able to get when our scheduled times are. I am always there 15 mins before the appointment time, but lately I haven't been grabbed from the waiting room until almost 30 mins past our appointment time which means waiting 45 mins before even brought back into a room.
