Everyone from checking in and the last person scene was outstanding in there field.Dr Cervantes was compassionate, and explained everything in a matter we could understand.

I felt the whole process went smoothly and the team was caring and had prepared for my appt. The documents/booklets I received were relative to what I must do before, and after and what to expect of the surgery I am scheduled for. I am quite satisfied this far with the care I have been receiving from Lee Health and the Shipley Ctr.

Dr. Cervantes is an excellent surgeon unfortunately I can't said the same for the staff. Very hard to contact the doctor assistant.

The entire staff were kind and caring and very concerned that I understood their explanations and instructions but also listening to my questions. Stephanie went out of her way to make sure I had an MRI appointment and I was so grateful. Dr. Cervantes was very patient and thorough In his explanations. Thank you to all the staff.

This was my first visit with Dr Cervantes and my husband and I were very impressed that he had thoroughly reviewed my health history and various tests. He was knowledgeable and took his time when explaining to us the results of my tests. I left my appointment knowing I was good hands.
