Carmen, Stephanie and Carrie made the check in and check out experience a pleasure. Prior to finding out I would need an [ ] the only information I got was from the internet. Helpful, but after talking with Dr. Cervantes I'm confident the [ ] was necessary and will improve my quality of life for the future. The video [ ] was extremely helpful as was Dr. Cervantes explanation. Most impressed with the upcoming staff meeting with other physicians to go over all my test results and come up with a well researched plan for me. Pre and post-op questions were answered to my satisfaction. [ ] scheduled for [ ].

The service and greeting from the person at the front desk, services of Dorene, Stephanie, and Dr Cervantes were all excellent. I experienced a feeling of confidence in Dr Cervantes. I feel less worry and feel confidence in the safety of my upcoming surgery since my visit. The quickness of appointments made for me at pre-surgery medical testing locations was impressive, as are the detail of instructions to follow up to the time of reporting for [ ].
