This was my first visit with Dr Cervantes and my husband and I were very impressed that he had thoroughly reviewed my health history and various tests. He was knowledgeable and took his time when explaining to us the results of my tests. I left my appointment knowing I was good hands.

Dr Cervantes was will prepared for my appt. He had studied my extensive health records and presented an excellent plan to my husband and me. He presented that to the review committee and had a representative call me with their thoughts. Additionally Dr [ ] was instrumental in putting this review together. Great teaming by the entire group.

Dr Cervantes was extremely genuine and caring. He actually stated he had reviewed my entire My Chart history on New Years Day, and because of what he was aware of in my medical history, I know he had. RARE!! But, very appreciated! I’ve studied his background, and I have total faith in his ability to take me through this [ ] with success. This is all a patient wishes for. The entire staff was kind, interested, and helpful in every way. A perfect example of what a patient truly needs when facing an overt challenge. I’m eternally grateful.

After meeting the Dr explaining my next step and options both my husband and I feel confident in doing my [ ]. He immediately ordered two more test and it was scheduled before I left office! His nurse and staff were very kind and efficient.

My feelings about care at LPG is that all the people I've come in contact with seem to be like world class people. They listen and are courteous and seem willing to go the second mile with what the patient needs. Bravo.
