Dr. Catherine Idiong and her physician assistant Ms. [last name] are excellent. Best Primary Dr. and Assistant that I have ever had. They have me doing tests that no other Dr. has asked for me to do and they both took their time at the appointment going over everything.

My new doctor is very sweet and answered all my questions. Very hands on with me and didn’t feel rushed with my appointment. I really like this office so far. The bathroom was also very clean

Dr Idiong is a GREAT Dr. she tries to find the issue instead of just prescribing meds. She is very knowledgeable and thinks outside the box. I am very lucky to be her patient.

Here’s something you probably didn’t expect, but I really appreciate your large, very clean and windowed main waiting room. Bathroom is also very clean with proper paper products and your soap is NOT watered down. Please believe that this is a serious compliment. I know medical buildings have higher cleaning standards and truly, I can’t recall ever being in a dirty one, but your waiting room in Mandarin makes a great first impression (even though I have been going there since the mid 90’s).

The ladies at the welcome/check-in desk are very friendly and kind. Nicole was exceptionally helpful when I came in one afternoon, trying to get an answer to a question. Instead of shooing me away, she took the time to listen to my request and helped/showed me how to get the information that I wanted. When I saw Dr. Idiong, she took the time to listen to my concerns and advise me accordingly. I wasn't sure how I would feel coming in to see a new doctor when Dr, [last name] had been my doctor for 25+ years. But this office continues to work with me and impress me.
