Staff is efficient and very friendly. It's always a good experience.

Usually can get appointment quickly.
Don't have an extremely long wait time for your appointment once you check in.
Can't begin to tell you how much I'm going to miss Sandy Carr now that she's retiring. She's been taking care of me for a long time.

I always feel like the providers listen to me and I can be an active participant in my health care. Staff is always friendly and engaging. When I do have an issue, they are very responsive, and I receive follow-up through my portal and/or phone call.
I have enjoyed this as my primary care office, and I appreciate the team!

The front staff are very friendly! I love Sandra Carr (RNP) and how knowledgeable she is. The level of care and commitment she has towards her patients is extraordinary and not what you usually find in a general practice office.

Long wait times on the telephone to schedule an appointment. When arriving for an actual appointment, there is usually a 15-25 minute wait before seeing a practicioner.

It takes forever to get an appointment and had to wait over an hour to be seen by PA. Not sure what the problem is. I respect the fact that each medical professional has to take time with each patent but there should be the same respect shown for the time of the patient.
