She was careful to cover everything a medicare exam required and had a pleasant personality. One needs to listen very carefully since she talks with a strong accent, but I didn't find it to be a concern. I had not met her before and am always hesitant to see a new provider but she did well as a resident.

Dr.Carmen is learning it's a process, about me....she remembered my last visit when I was not doing good or feeling good....she genuinely had interest in my well-being,I love her....

Dr Urso was very thorough, and her willingness to understand my needs was excellent. She is a very pleasant person and I will be glad to see her again in the future.
