La doctora Urso se puede comunicar muy bien en dos idiomas y eso ayuda mucho (English translation: Dr. Urso is able to communicate very well in two languages and that helps a lot.)

She made sure to check thoroughly on the things I came in for and helped in setting up future appointments for those. She was very friendly too, which made the visit comfortable.
