My previous Dr left. I am not a fan of having to establish with a doctor because I have had some with very poor bedside manner. Dr. Martelle listened and made me feel as if she cared. I felt 100% comfortable.

Carly is absolutely amazing!!! I’m very happy that I decided to follow her from the Janesville location to Fort Atkinson. She took as much time as I needed, and didn’t make me feel like my appointment was rushed and thoroughly listened to my concerns. She explained everything clearly and provided with me various treatment options. I am looking forward to continuing my care with Carly and SSM Health at the Fort location.
