Patient used your wheelchair which was at the entrance under the carport. Nice that I didn't have to go find one to use or haul his out of the trunk of the car.

From the front desk to the girls in exam room were very caring, concerned and patient. I was very impressed with Dr. Caparros, he was concerned about my problems and how to go about treating them. Making me aware that it will take time to cowardedate testing and qualify for certain medication. He was outstanding, patient and so caring!

Dr Caparros and his nurse, Ruby, worked together to help me find a medication that will be both effective and less expensive for me in 2026. They both went above and beyond! That means so much to every patient, but it really means a lot to me! So happy I found Dr Caparros!

Registration desk assistant was above helpful when I needed help to obtain a lab specimen. Wish I could remember her name.

Dr Caparros listened to my concerns. He then explained needed tests and reason for tests. Tamerika was polite and professional when guiding me through the visit. During my PFT, Jessica did an excellent job of explaining what I needed to do and made sure I was fine between each step. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this practice and feel confident my issue will be resolved based on their care.

Dr. Caparros and his nurse, I believe her name was Ruby, was very kind and considerate, which I appreciate since I have white coat syndrome, but they made me feel very relaxed.

Dr. Caparros and his assistant Tamerika was great yesterday but overall the whole team must you feel comfortable to be there with them. The place is friendly and neat and clean. The atmosphere is one of the best I’ve been too.
