She listens, clearly has looked at the record. On my first visit she caught a cyst that was identified on an Xray from five years earlier (Xray done for a more serious issues so it wasn't significant at the time) and ordered a follow-up scan. Very thorough! and friendly

She always makes the visit very pleasant and remembers little things (personal) about previous conversations that she touches or follows up on during the next visit. She must take time to make a few notes; our visits are a year apart and she still "remembers".
