I'm happy with how Elsie handled our conversation about the medicine she prescribed. She was informative about the reason why she was prescribing them, the potential side effects, and how long to monitor my symptoms for. As someone who is concerned about over-medicating unnecessarily, I felt comfortable that Elsie was prescribing only what is necessary at this time. Her medical assistant was also very friendly and made scheduling my next appointment very easy.

As is always the case dealing with Dr Mondesir's staff, it was top notch, professional and friendly. Although I did not see DR Mondesir this time the people that assisted me from Jackie, who took my call, and Joy who listened to my issue and made an appointment for me that morning, to Mellisa, Elsie and Giselle who actually provided services and medications did their jobs wonderfully. Their diagnosis and treatment were spot on, and I am completely over the problem now.This is a fantastic group of professionals.

This visit was by telehealth, so I didn't really see anyone in the registration area or had the nurse do vitals or anything like that, but while waiting An assistant came on and told me that Elsie was running late and not to disconnect. Which I really appreciated. Turns out the computer ended the session while I was waiting thinking it was already done. I guess so I did have to get back on. Elsie Cajoux Is always very professional, caring, efficient, and helpful whenever I have used her in the past. When my primary is not available, Elsie is my go to.

The Support Staff are so friendly and outgoing. I always feel welcomed and in a safe space. I've seen Elsie Cajoux twice now, and she is as caring and knowledgeable as Dr. [last name]. This entire team is empathetic, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank them for me!

I was not comfortable coming in because of prior negative experiences. This was my first visit with Elsie Cajoux and I was greatful for the outstanding knowledge, expertise and service she provided. Elsie was kind, she explained and listened. She set out a plan of action with realistic goals. I have been though the LMH system since 2008 and Elsie is great.

My Nurse Practitioner who is now my primary caregiver Elsie Cajoux ,APRN whom was very patient and Thorough About my care. Not to mention I was late and she still managed to work me in at a very sufficient time. Thank you again to her.
