I really appreciated that I felt heard by Jessica. She respected the suggestions that I had for controlling the cough I've had many times before. It's been less than 24 hours since I took my 1st doses of medicine. I was able to sleep for 4 hours straight last night and I'm feeling so much better than I did yesterday.

It was so great that I was able to see Jessica very quickly! The whole process from calling in to set up an appointment to them communicating with Dr [ ] who quickly asked for an appointment so I can be seen to seeing her was excellent! Jessica is very thorough and is serious about her job of caring for my health with her thoughtful inquiries and quick replies. I feel I am in very good hands !
