I really appreciated that I felt heard by Jessica. She respected the suggestions that I had for controlling the cough I've had many times before. It's been less than 24 hours since I took my 1st doses of medicine. I was able to sleep for 4 hours straight last night and I'm feeling so much better than I did yesterday.

Having switched from a competitive health care company to Lee Health a couple of years ago I can't say enough good things about Lee Health and especially Jessica Cahill. Jessica greets you with a smile and a feeling of genuine care. She is an excellent listener and a great communicator. She is very efficient but thorough and asks appropriate questions to help in the diagnosis. I felt very comfortable with her diagnosis and treatment plan.

This appointment was worked in at the very last minute for me for a surgery. And I could not be more impressed with the process start to finish. I cannot remember the name of the girl that scheduled appointment. I wish I could. She was phenomenal but I dealt mostly with Heather and Jessica who worked together during my appointment. They were funny and caring and empathetic and moved the process along and got me in and out and what I needed so that I could have my surgery. Couldn't be more happy with the whole process.
