Dr Johanna Brown is always excellent. She is always thorough, helpful and provides the opportunity for discussion so that all of my questions are answered. I am very thankful to have found her.Janeisha is always happy, helpful and answers any questions. My office visits never feel rushed.

Dr. Brown is a standout at Lee Health. She reviews my records in advance, is up-to-date in her field, and answers all my questions. She is a stand out, as noted above, and Leadership at Lee Health should do everything in their power to keep this doctor on staff and happy. Her medical assistant Janeisha has positive interactions with patients and she is a good ambassador for Lee Health. Hang on to her too.

Both Deneshia and Dr Brown are very caring and helpful in their approach to my visit. Dr Brown always listens carefully to my concerns and offers helpful suggestions, as well as a plan of action for the next visit.

The nurse, I believe her name is Tanisha, is very welcoming, has a great personality, and went about her job efficiently while engaging with me the entire time. She helps make the visit very enjoyable.

She is obviously a very knowledgeable infectious disease Dr and she spent considerable time reviewing my medical history and communicating with me about my situation. She is skilled in interacting with patients in a professional yet friendly way. I am very pleased with how my appointment went.

Janeesha was fantastic. Upbeat, funny, a joy to talk to. Dr. Brown provided me with more information than any other doctor I have seen. She fully explained what was happening in my lungs using lung models. Showed me my scans and explained each area. Discussed the next steps and treatment. I am extremely happy with the time she spent with me and left feeling more knowledgeable about my condition.

1. I have had multiple interactions with the medical assistant, Janeiisha(sp?). She performs the patient intake in a thorough and professional manner. She introduces herself correctly.She has a positive attitude and puts patience firs.,she takes vitals correctly, She maintains patient privacy, and she appropriately gives patients information about what to expect when the doctor comes in to the exam room. In my experience, Lee Health medical assistants are not trained in a consistent fashion. Janeisha has a good skill set and could easily be someone who trains other medical assistants who join the Lee system. Most of the medical assistants I have encountered lead me to believe that there is not appropriate training and mentorship for staff at the medical assistant level. 2. Dr. Brown is the best Physician I have encountered in Fort Myers Florida. She does her own medication reconciliation with patients, which I personally believe all physicians should do and sadly they do not. She reads the medical records. She reviews lab results in a timely fashion and explains them appropriately with patients. She runs an efficient practice, but still provides adequate time for the patient. She has good diagnostic skills, good critical thinking skills, and writes clinical summaries in the chart which are incisive yet complete. In short, Dr Brown is a gem and the Lee Health system would be wise to do everything in its power to keep her as a member of their Infectious Disease department. Lee Health would be wise to provide Dr. Brown with whatever clinical resources she needs to continue to be the capable clinician that she is.

Dr communication was terrific and at my level of understanding. Staff immediately followed up after visit by providing phone number for tech support for my chart, for help troubleshooting telemedicine issue.
