What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
P.A. Brittany Schwab/office staff/Summer were amazing. I have only had the 1st initial visit but wow. I don't feel like a part of the paycheck like I did w/my last 2 caregivers. I am excited to see my health improve. She scheduled me a 2nd apptmt less than 2 weeks later to follow up on everything as somethings are new to me. Other 2 doctors would do like 2-3months out.

Office always takes phone calls and returns calls quickly to give care same day. They are a great team of Drs and staff that provide the best communication and provide a diagnosis to offer the proper treatments

The providers are great. The medical assistant are the worst. I work in [OCCUPATION] and have never experienced a medical assistant that does not call a patient about prior authorizations or results. Which happens all the time with this office.

I am a new patient. Brittny listened to everything without making me feel weak. Then when one medication wasn’t working properly, she responded right away to help fix it.

This office is wonderful. From the first call all the way through to seeing Dr Brittany Phala or Dr Brittany schwab. My last visit was the first visit with Dr Schwab, and if I can't get in with Dr Brittany Phala, I don't mind seeing Dr Schwab

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Overall, pretty good experience. However, I recently had to ask for pain medicine for a problem that was not going to be solved right away. Also, when needing a referral to a specialized doctor, the referred doctor couldn't see me for two weeks when I was experiencing acute pain. Perhaps having a few doctors to pick from would be helpful. More discussion (inquiry/options) led by the NP would have been nice.
