I am Britney Schwab‘s patient and I have extreme anxiety, but with her care, her kindness and that of the staff that follow up with everything that I asked need I am really really relaxed with them. I feel I can trust them. I feel reassured. I feel they take the patients in the Care to help me and that that is so important to me and I feel that entire office that entire group of doctors nurses would have you care deeply for their patience and I so thank them all of them.

I really appreciated how thoroughly she asked questions to determine how best to manage my acute problem. She explained actions I could take immediately as well as what prescriptions she was providing and how to know if I needed to seek urgent follow-up.

As in the past the office, the personnel, the PA is the doctors all the assistance a great group of people. It is a great atmosphere and you feel good coming and leaving with confidence. You’re in good hands.

Everyone in the office was caring & helpful. Brittny was awesome explaining my vertigo issues and, then "hands on" resetting my inner ear crystals. She was very knowledgeable, caring and offered other comfort/relief measures to try to home. And, ordered specific PT for me if my conditions did not clear fully. I would highly recommend Brittny & this practice.

Extremely fast and friendly. The doctor made you feel as if they are actually hearing what you're saying, not just listening as they type. I would tell anybody to utilize this facility.

I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Schwab within a few days. She listened to my concerns and immediately moved to address them and move my care in the direction I wanted.

I would highly recommend Brittany Schwab. She was very knowledgeable and extremely caring and helpful… She also listened intentively to what I had to say and helped me by giving me the prescription. That was the best thing she could’ve done as it’s working for me :-) thank you, Brittany.

That I feel Britney is very competent, patient, a good listener and intuitive. She is always friendly. I am very pleased with this care and it is a plus, for sure, the the office is a convenient drive from my home in Bay City!

The provider is a credit to the MyMichigan organization. The office is bright clean, pleasant nurses, receptions, everyone polite, smiling, very courteous. Britney listened to me. It was my first visit and I mean really listened and is trying to help me with my anxiety, especially I love the office and the doctors cause I’ve been there before Brittany is very special.

P.A. Brittany Schwab/office staff/Summer were amazing. I have only had the 1st initial visit but wow. I don't feel like a part of the paycheck like I did w/my last 2 caregivers. I am excited to see my health improve. She scheduled me a 2nd apptmt less than 2 weeks later to follow up on everything as somethings are new to me. Other 2 doctors would do like 2-3months out.
