I'm a fairly new patient with Dr cadigan, the doctor made me feel very at ease answered my questions asked questions even though I'm fairly new I felt as if I've known her for a while I was really sad to hear that she's going although I'm happy for her I'm going to continue on with someone there at the office and hopefully my experiences are the same

Considerate, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Have received the best medical care from Dr. Cadigan and the staff at My Michigan. Since becoming a patient my health has improved drastically. Would and do recommend Dr. Cadigan and My Michigan to everyone.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Cadigan and her staff. After my favorite doctor left the area, there were big shoes to fill. A couple of doctors didn’t meet the match. Dr. Cardigan has been great. She wu I’ll thoroughly listen then question you so that she fully understands what you are saying. She then will come up with a game plan of suggestions, and/or labs or other medical measures that will get you back on track. I fully appreciate her patience and believing in me when other doctors blew me off. She listened to me, ordered tests, the results have come back and I’m positive she will have a game plan for me. I fully trust her advice. Just listening to her lets you know that she knows her stuff. I also feel that I can talk to her confidently about anything. There is no judgment. My biggest fear is that she will leave for some reason. So many do.

Professional and courteous. I do not remember receiving a follow-up call on blood test results, but the information is available online, and I would not hesitate to call if I had questions.

Dr. Cadigan and the staff at the West Branch facility have always treated me well. They are courteous and respectful. I feel confident I am getting excellent care. The facility is modern and clean. I have nothing negative to say about the care I’ve received, or how I’ve been treated by anyone at this facility.

Very good and knowledgeable. The front desk has improved but going through portal is best b cause messages from front desk don’t always get passed on.

Dr Cadigan always makes me and my kids feel comfortable. Her nurse Ericka is the BEST! We came into the office knowing vaccines were due and had major hesitations, given the current politics in the country. Ericka was so respectful and made us feel so comfortable and easy going. She simply asked if we vaccinate, and when I told her my concerns, she respected them. It made me feel so good and not like a bad parent. She always makes my kids laugh and is so good with them. Her and Doctor make a good team. Front Desk is always so kind and on time. Great teamwork!
