Dr Cadigan always makes me and my kids feel comfortable. Her nurse Ericka is the BEST! We came into the office knowing vaccines were due and had major hesitations, given the current politics in the country. Ericka was so respectful and made us feel so comfortable and easy going. She simply asked if we vaccinate, and when I told her my concerns, she respected them. It made me feel so good and not like a bad parent. She always makes my kids laugh and is so good with them. Her and Doctor make a good team. Front Desk is always so kind and on time. Great teamwork!

Love the doctor and nurses and medical assistants. The women at the front desk/check in area are not very friendly and often seem to have an attitude

Good luck finding a doctor that stays. Short term doctors. Hard to develop a strong patient Doctor relationship when they are always leaving.

Well, when I walk in for my appointment. One of the girls was laying back in her chair 💺 with her shirt untucked hair amess and the skinny girl was eating at her station looked like a Twinkie. I thought they looked vary unprofessional.

Love the doctor. Other support team unsatisfactory. They sent my prescription to wrong pharmacy. Had to call three times to finally get my Rx's the next day. Then two days later received Rx's in the mail. This order was supposed to be canceled.

She is a wonderful doctor and has an amazing staff.The facility is a very pleasant and bright place to be.

She is very friendly, but lacked at getting to the root of a problem and helping come up with a solid plan. She is willing to refer but does not follow up after referrals. She did not listen to my child’s lungs, heart or abdomen during the well child check up. And we left with no plan besides another appointment scheduled for a routine visit. Concerns we had were downplayed and did not seem to be a priority and made me and my child feel like there was no hope for the symptoms she is experiencing and that we are just going to have to live with it.

My only disappointment was, when I made the appointment, I asked to be seen for 2 issues. I had to make another appointment for the 2nd issue. Otherwise I do like Dr. Cardigan and her team
