I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH BRENNA DAVIS. SSM MADE ME SEE HER INSTEAD OF SEEING THE DERMATOLOGIST RIGHT AWAY. FILLING THEIR POCKETS WITH INSURANCE MONEY.

She follows up very well and responds well on my chart and getting my meds taken are of in a timely manner..

Brenna was great at listening to my concerns. She was present and took her time, not making me feel bad for seeking care or rushed. Brenna answered my questions and listened to additional concerns. She completely explained the plan of care, making sure to answer any additional questions. While I hadn't picked up the prescriptions, I felt better after leaving the appointment knowing my concerns were validated and I was heard and cared for. Thank you, Brenna.

Being a Medicare / older patient makes one aware that you need to find a care provider who cares a little, especially when so much of your health needs depend on communication between different services, yourself & your primary caretaker. I think Brenna will be a kind & caring helpmate for me.

This was my first appointment to establish care and Brenna was very compassionate. My concerns were heard and she took action to order further tests to try to help figure out what is causing my issue.

Even though I was faced with excruciating pain, the staff at SSMB are amazing. I’ll definitely come back for Care there because I was please in the way they handle me in the way they guide me in the way they are dared to my health. I appreciate it. Thank you. SSM.
