I have been seeing Brendan Conboy for a long time, he is great! He explains everything, makes sure I understand, and always asks if I have questions. He’s thorough when he’s explaining his concerns or when answering my questions.

Dr. Conboy was awesome and led me through all options. He was knowledgeable and didn't speak down to me. The one thing I wish he would is cover price concerns when it comes to prescriptions.

For the first time I had an Ob/gyn listen to me and my concerns and helped me understand my concerns and explained everything well and was very educational. All the stuff was amazing and kind and anytime I had called with a questions the Nurses were very helpful and kind and made me feel heard.

Dr Conboy is wonderful ! His front office staff are too. The surgical scheduler doesn’t answer her phone, I’m sure she is busy, however she doesn’t return phone calls

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I had to call the office to ask about when I might hear from someone to review and understand test results. They had been posted in my chart online almost 2 weeks and I did not hear from the doctors office. They only scheduled an appointment after I called to ask for help. When waiting for results of a test, it can be stressful to see them posted and then hear nothing about “what next”. Especially when it might not be easy to understand the results. That has been resolved now, however I wanted to provide that feedback.

The front office staff is always cordial and welcoming. The nurses (assistants) are always friendly and professional. Dr. Conboy spent a lot of time answering my questions and addressing my concerns.

I find it admirable that Dr. Conboy is willing to participate with training of resident physicians. Dr. Conboy was interactive with the resident and did a good job of explaining the procedure to her.

Dr.Conboy always has great bed side manner, and I feel very comfortable with him. He delivered my son in Jan 2011, & I haven't needed to see Dr.Conboy since 2011. When I wanted to discuss birth control options & placement, I was pleased to see Dr was still practicing and still had great reviews
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The nurse forgot to grab the Mirena (IUD) box, and the doctor already had me in position with the "tools" in and ready to go. It was very awkward to have to wait a minute or two while the nurse went to get the IUD. I was very exposed and in a compromising position.

Dr Conboy was very thorough in explaining everything to me. He also ordered a test fast for me and then scheduled a follow up appt extremely quick. I am very grateful for the efficiency and thoroughness.

Support staff was excellent. In particular Jamie abby and chelsie were very supportive and professional. All were helpful in making relaxed as i began treatment.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Experience required working with difficult insurance issue. Jamie and chelsie took on problem with extra time and effort. That was example of how the staff already improved experience.

I didn't have an actual appointment, but a referral from my family doctor and Dr. Cowboy was able to take me in immediately. Very much appreciated.

I wouldn't change anything
