The only problem I had is that I received the bill the same day I was there and I have to check into it, but I have Medicare as insurance and no one in the office told me they don't accept Medicare, so I was surprised to get a bill the same day that I was there. That's it.

DR ZHAO IS THE MOST PLEASANT AND EASY TO LIKE DOCTOR THAT I HAVE EVER MET. ALL OF STAFF RADIATE THE SAME PERSONALITY. IF I COULD GIVE HIM AND THEM 10 STARS, I WOULD WANT TO RAISE THE SCORE TO 1,000 STARS! EVERYTHING ELSE - OFFICE, CLEANLINESS, PUNCTUALITY, ETC. IS OUTSTANDING.

Dr. Patel, he showed a lot of concern, care. He explained everything that I was able to comprehend. His first impression was awesome. He made me feel calm, not nervous. The whole staff was very, very professional, very nice. I liked the hospitality, and I liked the way he explained everything to me. And they gave me physical therapy, hoping that this would work. He wasn't the doctor that said, hey, I want to cut you. As soon as I walked in the office, he wanted to take other alternatives, other treatments before that issue ever had to come up as far as surgery. So Dr. Patel, you're one of the doctors I wish I'd have found 20 years ago. I will be back. I'm hoping I will get to see him again. Thank you so much, Dr. Patel. And thank you for the other staff for showing me so much care, hospitality. Thank you.

The doctor said I should never have been recommended to see him because he's a spine doctor and I had no breakage from the fall in my spine or anywhere else. So, um, some of the questions were difficult to answer because of that. I'm sure he's a good doctor, but it wasn't the right doctor for me to see. He actually told me I should see a pain management specialist. But he did give me something for the pain, which is not helping, but it lets me sleep a bit.

Yes, I said it was a virtual visit, but it was not. I went in person and the doctor couldn't be nicer. The staff is very professional and very pleased with my first time visit there. And he's a wonderful doctor and the staff is wonderful as well. So I did go into the office. I didn't have a virtual. Thank you.

I think that when they're giving out instructions or directions, they should put that it's in the HOPE building. Luckily, I got there at 11 and I just ran all over. I had to have somebody help me find where the doctor was. So maybe when they give out directions in the office, they give a little bit more information. Thank you.

Dr. Arzumanov was very knowledgeable and even knew the physician surgeon who had done my original tumor removal from my spinal cord. He had all my past history of my surgery and my spinal cord cancerous tumor and was very helpful.

Likely to recommend if the condition is needed, is appropriate, but not very likely, probably. Number two, your voice tree system, like so many voice tree systems, sucks to try and get appointments and stuff like that. I spent quite a bit of time trying to get into the system. That's it. End of message.

Dr Zhao is an amazing doctor and kind and caring person. He is young but wise beyond his years. I would trust him with any surgery
