Dr Tiu is an exceptional doctor. He has taken care of my spouse through a tbi helping him every step of the way, even when my spouse was not the kindest because of his injury. He now has taken great care of me, being compassionate, thorough, and explaining everything in detail. He knew I had done research into concussions because of my spouse so he asked if I would prefer him to use technical terms or layman's terms. I preferred technical and he explained every detail and every step he was taking. If there was something I didn't understand, he found different words. He has truly made my family feel like he has our best interest in mind and never dismisses any question or concern we have. He also continually finds new research to help. He has never just said that's all I can do. He always looks for more. I appreciate him immensely.

Of course, getting an appointment with any neurologist is tough...but Dr. Tiu is far better than others.

I've never had such a complete examination by a doctor in my life or close. I never thought I could improve my brain injury problems and now I'm sure I can and I'm so excited. Dr. Tu was great.

My Neurologist Dr Jonathan Tiu is the most compassionate and knowledgeable Doctor I have ever had. He took the time to figure out what was wrong with me when another doctor didn't. Dr Tiu is kind, patient, explains things in easy to understand terms and always follows through and does whatever he says he is going to do to help manage my care like sending prescriptions to the pharmacy, sending referrals for OT, completing insurance paperwork, collaberating with my other providers. Dr Tiu and his staff are the best!

Because of the situation with my husband in the hospital, the ALS clinic regular time clinic visit had to be switched to telehealth and it was all done very swiftly and expediently and it worked fine and we were able to get the information we needed for his care. Thank you.

Great building and decor. Dr. Tiu and his APRN were courteous and professional. I would urge the posting of a sign off of the highway. I missed the entrance and was lost for 45 minutes trying to get back to the correct location. The office and Dr. Tiu were very kind to permit me to keep my appointment.

Dr. Tiu is probably one of the best doctors I have ever had in my entire life. I think he is the standard for what all doctors should be. And I highly commend him and his team for the outstanding work that they've committed towards my health.

It's a beautiful clean facility. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. The Dr. was very concerned about my condition. He explained everything clearly. When I got home my new medication was already called in. He gave me good advice and made me feel like I can get better. Thank you All

Dr. Tiu is an amazing neurologist. He goes above and beyond to help the patient. He's very patient. He takes time to explain information. I mean, I don't know where I would be, my husband would be without Dr. Tiu's care. I'm his legal guardian, but Dr. Tiu has helped me tremendously. in planning the care for my husband who suffered a brain injury. I mean, he is just an excellent doctor. He's patient, he's knowledgeable. He goes the extra mile. I mean, I've never experienced such wonderful doctor. A plus all the way around. Thank you so much. We love Dr. Tiu. He's been very instrumental in my husband's care and been just outstanding, outstanding, outstanding. Thank you.

My neurologist Dr Jonathan Tiu is very kind, compassionate, knowledgable, and helpful. My Brain Surgeon and Dr Tiu are the best medical doctors I've seen. Which is why when Dr Tiu moved from Washington University in St Louis, MO to Hackensack Meridian Health in NJ my husband and I asked to continue seeing him via Telehealth.
