I feel that both the medical assistant and Dr. Bowen were excellent. Dr. Bowen spent a lot of time with me sorting out my issues and recommending next steps. Also by the time I got home, the information about my visit and information regarding scheduling tests was already in my email.

The entire staff is wonderful. They are friendly, helpful and provide relevant information. Dr. Bowen is very easy to speak with and answers my questions. That is very important for me to understand my health and care.

Dr Bowen was amazing. He is the epitome of a primary care physician- he listened to my concerns, gave realistic guidance for my health care, answered all of my questions, and never seemed rushed. I am extremely happy to have found him and have already referred my neighbor to see him.

Dr. Bowen was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. A very competent professional and I trust him as my primary care physician not necessarily because of what I already said but because he is attentive, patient, and listens/answers my questions and concerns. He seems like a very good man in general too and that means a lot to me. Barbara B (RN) gave me my [ ] the previous day and she was friendly, assuring and competent as well. The assistants who took my vitals and reviewed my chart prior to seeing Dr. Bowen and Barbara, RN were very efficient and friendly. I am so lucky Lee Health has a [ ].

I have an extremely complicated medical history. Dr. Bowen was very up to date on it and if he needed to consider any issues to devise a correct plan moving forward, he took the time to go back and read my lengthy records to ensure his suggestions were accurate.
