I was cared for by Ms. Patel, APRN, and Dr. [last name] at Baptist Clay on 10/30/25, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care they provided. From the moment they walked into my room, both were professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. They took the time to explain every detail clearly, never rushed, and made me feel truly supported during a very stressful time.
Dr. [last name] performed thorough testing and was able to give me answers regarding my heart symptoms and condition. His expertise, calm demeanor, and quick action may very well have saved my life. I am deeply thankful for the care he provided and the reassurance he offered when I needed it most.
More recently, I had my hospital follow-up appointment with Ms. Patel, APRN, and she once again exceeded every expectation. She ordered the appropriate additional testing and explained each step in a way that was easy to understand and incredibly comforting. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to her patients. It is truly a privilege to be under her care.
I am sincerely thankful to both Ms. Patel, APRN and Dr. [last name], MD, for their outstanding professionalism, expertise, and compassion. They are extraordinary healthcare providers, and I feel very fortunate to have them as part of my cardiac care team.

Boski Patel is very knowledgeable and concerned about her patients. The facility is modern, well kept, and well marked with signage. Check-In and Check-Out procedures and personnel were very efficient.

Every last one of the Baptist Clay Heart Center Staff members are AMAZING..
Many call them staff, medical personnel etc., to me they ALL are family. I love me some them.
Not one has treated me like a patient.
I can go on for days, but come join our family and taste for yourself..

I was able to get a timely appointment. When I arrived the person checking me in was pleasant and efficient, the medical assistants were kind and reassuring, Boski Patel, APRN listened and ask questions. This is the first time I have seen Boski Patel and I was pleased with the care. Check-out was also easy. Overall a good experience.
