Bonnie Poppy was the first primary care I’ve had that I felt genuinely listened to me and my concerns. She heard me out, didn’t make me feel uncomfortable, and took the time to explain things so I understood without making me feel dumb. She also included me in all decisions and wanted my opinion on them. My mental health has been a challenge for years and it was nice to finally find a provider who genuinely cared.
