I always note that there is not enough staff. Difficulty getting prompt appointments or frazzled staff. The employees are fantastic. I would hate to see any of them leave; they’re all so good.

I found her to be concerned about any health issues that I have and took time and care to proscribe a medication. She also wanted me to make an appointment with her to see how this medication is working which I appreciated.

The appointment was an annual visit for my older disabled brother. Ms. Poppy was kind and professional and even though we had the last appointment of the day, she did not appear rushed in any way. I was impressed by her thoroughness and caring nature especially in these days of the electronic medical record and need to document encounters in a timely fashion. I recognize how fortunate we were to have her for a primary care provider!
