Dr Brama has been my Dr. for many years. She really cares about my personal overall health. Her staff is excellent and very friendly. I would recommend her to my family or friends.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Typically send message thru the portal and never receive a response or receive a response weeks later. When calling the office, the front is never friendly and always seems to have no sense of comfort for the patient. Signed a form for my son indicating he has anxiety about shots and when he got his flu shot he fainted and the nurse didn’t know how to handle until I got upset with her. Dr BHRAMARAMBA is awesome, the staff needs some work.

Dr Bhrama is amazing. Only problem is - everyone knows that and she is very busy. Sometimes I have a hard time getting in to see her. Thankfully the PA in the office is really good also.

She listens well, addresses every concern, makes me feel VERY comfortable talking about any health concern, even “embarrassing “ ones, speaks to me in an easily understood way and never makes me feel like I am taking up too much of her time.

My experience has been exceptional. I had a total thyroidectomy, and gain 200lbs. Unlike many, Dr. Bhramaramba Sarvepalli has never fat shamed me or made feel uncomfortable. I'm always met with TRUTH, but it isn't without kindness! My doctor is exceptional!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr Bhrama is the most kind, honest, and amazingly intelligent woman I’ve ever met. She listens to me. She’s an incredible diagnostic doctor. She pretty much saved my husband's and mom’s lives . My whole family has gone to her for years and we wouldn’t want anyone else. We don’t know what we’ll do without her someday.

All I can is that my doctor is retiring in June 2025, and I am DEVASTATED! I've never had a doctor who didn't fat shame me, or treat me with me compassion. She is GEM!

I am pleased with the physicians in thus office. I have had several times had issues with phone staff. They have, many times, been rude and quite uncompasionate. I do wish they could at least act like they care. I don't call unless I truly need to. I often feel like I'm a bother. If I didn't like my Dr so much. I would have left this office a long time ago. Front desk staff has always been good. It's mostly when I have to call and talk to whoever is answering the phones. It's not doctors, it's the phone staff that I see is the only problem with this office. My pharmacy also tells me they are a difficult office to deal with.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bhrama for a long time, and have been for the most part pleased. I was recently sick and called in most to talk to Dr. Bhrama’s nurse and explained to the receptionist why I was calling and I never got a call back. But later that day I received a message from my pharmacy that a script was called in. Also most recently when I have called into the office and explained to the receptionist why I needed to make a appointment the receptionist told me they don’t see sick people in the office and that she would have the doctor call me. This didn’t make Ann sense to me because how can you diagnose illnesses over the phone. So I have been a little disappointed with the service has far as the office staff/receptionist.

Dr Bramah is a wonderful caring doctor would tell my family & friends that 100 percent. There were times when her staff would not return calls right away, but they were always friendly and kind & would eventually get back to you.

Throughout the years Dr. Bhrama has been an excellent family doctor. However, I would no longer recommend the office to family or friends. Since the pandemic the quality of patient care has decreased. I was recently sick with a respiratory illness (not covid), and the fact that I had to wait 3 weeks to actually be allowed to be seen in person led to my illness increasing substantially and leading to other problems. I had been considering switching offices for geographic convenience, but had been putting it off. My recent experience has now led me to exploring other primary care physicians.
