Dr Bhrama does everything she can for me the only thing that happens most of the time is that I forget to tell her my problems until I get home so I have to make another appointment to see her again.

Always feel very comfortable with my doctor I feel she takes the time to listen to all your problems and if she feels it should be checked out she does that. Then you know if you need pills or therapy.

dr. Brahama is great, her staff does not follow through. The lab on premises is not up and running. I had a physical on [date]. I asked for new prescription to be sent to Express Scripts, I called office on [date] to check on prescription. I was told i would get a call back. As of this morning [date], I have not heard from them nor have they sent script to Express Scripts. I went to office this morning to get lab work. I called answering service for opening time. She said 8:30. The lab opens at 7:30 but no one was there. Poor communication all around.

Dr. Saravepalli is the best! She is always a careful listener and never talks down to me. She is open to my requests and takes my concerns seriously. She is such a caring health provider and always takes time to ask about my family. I'm so disappointed she is retiring, but I am so happy for her. Her retirement is well deserved.

Dr. Bhrama is very kind, she listens to any concers you may have and provides insight. She has always been patient with me and assist me in areas that were needed. Dr. Bhrama is a one of a kind doctor which is why I've stayed under her supervision for over 30 years.

Up until February of this year I would tell them you could not find a better doctor anywhere. She is still extremely great. The facility is not. Nobody will answer the phones. I still haven’t gotten my prescriptions filled from when I was there. Most of them are but since I couldn’t call, I sent a letter tell them the ones they missed and the ones they prescribed [Name] and they still have not been fixed.

I have always received exemplary care from Dr. Bhrama Sarvepalli. She is extremely skilled, caring and compassionate in all of my visits with her. I am deeply disappointed that she will be retiring this year. I am profoundly grateful for the care she has provided to me and my husband for over twenty years. She will be truly missed and very hard to replace.
