What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I would recommend any and every body to my Dr. She is the best doctor I ever had. She has been my provider for 24 years. She has been a provider for my daughter and now my granddaughter. Three generations of care. She loves and care for her patients. I love, love, love my doctor. I will truly miss her. She became a part of my family. 🥰

I would say Dr Bhrama is great she goes above and beyond for my child. The front office is a little different they are not very welcoming and can seem somewhat rude at times.

Disappointed that it seems ever since the name changed, whenever I need a prescription it takes 2-3 days before the pharmacy gets the order and sometimes I have to call the Dr office and inquire if the prescription has been sent, which sometimes nothing had been.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Brahma is a good doctor. I’ve had her for a primary physician for over 26 years. She has always looked out for my best interests as a patient. Sometimes we have had differing opinions on certain aspects of my health care, but the outcomes have generally been good. Unfortunately, she is retiring. Given that I hope I will be able to get another doctor with the same qualifications as she does.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Bhrama is always there to listen to my concerns. I am going to miss her dearly when she retires. Although, Her staff need some work. I called multiple times to get my sons referral to the dermatologist. I have been working on this since his visit in [Month] and always seem to get no where with them, unless I bring it to Dr. Bhramas attention that this still has not been done yet. I feel the staff does not care about the patients like the provider does at this office. They lack knowledge and effort to get things done for patients. I feel they need some training on how to treat patients and how to do things in a timely manor.

I feel that I have been very lucky to have had Dr Brahma as my doctor all these years. I am very sorry that she is not going to be my physician much longer, but am happy that she will be able to retire and enjoy the rest of her life.

Dr Bhrama has been my Dr for many years she is our family Dr. Since being a patient of Dr Bhrama I have seen staff changes a lot of times. Many office changes have been made and all I have to say is the only reason I have stayed is because of Dr Bhrama the care she provides to myself and my family is exceptional I could do without her office staff.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Wonderful doctor but staff isn’t very prompt on returning calls regarding medical issues. There have been times when I have not heard back after a week or two. I have had to call back a time or two to see what is going on. Sometimes I don’t hear back for a week or two. End up calling back 1-2 times to get a response..

Dr Bhrama is the best doctor I have ever had. She is kind, thoughtful, thorough, professional, calm and always listens to me. I feel seen and heard by her. She never minimizes my feelings or issues. Many male doctors often dismiss female patients. Dr. Bhrama will be greatly missed by me and my family as she retires. There will never be another as good as her.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Never get call backs when I leave questions for brahamas medical assistant. Last appointment called for three days straight to get medical assistant to push through order for chest X-ray but gave up and went elsewhere. When Dr brahama leaves I will be leaving this practice after 30+years. Support staff is horrible, unkind and has zero follow through.

I was never able to get into there my chart system so I couldn’t get results myself and staff was usually unable to help me. I’ve finally been able to get into my chart with the change to my Michigan.

Doctor Sarvenpali is a very good doctor, she listens and provides answers that I can understand. She is never in a hurry when it is my turn even if the waiting room is full of patients. I never feel rushed and my concerns or questions are never dismissed. I am glad she is my doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Bhrama’s since she opened her practice, also my husband and my daughter ( until she got married and moved out of town). We have been more than satisfied with her care, we have come to love her for the care and concern she has always given us.

The Doctor is excellent,the staff especially answering calls and redirecting follow up are not professional , condescending and acts as if you are bothering them. No follow through with the patient. Big difference from previous
