Dr ulgen, gave me an exceptional customer experience. Was very knowledgeable and took to read v my previous chats and gave me the gave I needed and recommendation. Glad I picked him.

I appreciated his kindness and honesty. I like that he gave me options, but felt bad that I couldn't actually take him up on any due to financial/insurance limitations.
