He and the nurse were very caring and listened well. I did not feel rushed out the door or that my issues were disregarded.

Dr. Anderson was my internist and I chose Dr. Ulgen as my primary provider. I am 75 years old and as you can imagine, I have a large medical history. Dr. Ulgen was excellent in covering all of my concerns.

Very pleasant, listened to all concerns with out, dismissing any. Made sure to provide ideas on what it could be, along with different forms of treatment and different possibilities, and made sure to let patient know of possible decisions and options that I had.

Dr. Ulgen is extremely well informed and speaks in plain language so that you can easily understand him. I didn't feel rushed and felt that Dr. Ulgen was listening to me. He even went so far as to explain the "why" of treatment and concerns. He's gained my trust and feel grateful to have him as a doctor.

He seems like he loves his profession and caring for patients. I don't like going to clinics; however, Dr. Ulgen has the right disposition which greatly reduces my dread when I have annual physicals, etc. I am glad he is my doctor.

Dr Ulgen was excellent with my brother Joe. Joe is mostly nonverbal, and Dr Ulgen was very respectful and sensitive to Joe’s condition.
