He listens and then asks alot of questions, makes me feel like he really is concerned about why I am there and wants take sure I am completely taken care of, feel at ease, confident that what my issue is he has my wellbeing first

Some of the information in his report did not accurately reflect our conversation, and he clearly did not do more than a very basic review of my medical history, but he was very nice, and we did discuss a significant amount of info in a short amount of time which could account for the discrepancies.

Dr. Chao was professional and personable. This was our first meeting to establish him as my primary doctor. The meeting went very well and he listened to all I had to say and offered assistance with recommending certain labs and screenings so I can become current with them.

In the few appointments I have had so far with Dr. Chao; he presents to be quite awkward and always rushed. There has been little consultation or review of anything medical aside from a blanket "any concerns today"; and he is quick to just print a visit summary and move on.
