My husband I really appreciate that Jake took the time to listen to what was going on with our son, and recommended several options. The fact that he was not interested in pushing meds and that he felt another specialist take a look to cover all concerns means a lot to us!

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of the staff at the front counter at Baptist Behavioral Health. Their friendly presence makes a real difference each time I walk in. I also deeply appreciate my counselor and APRN—they genuinely listen to what I’m going through, and I listen to them as well. That mutual respect means a lot. It took courage for me, as the patient, to ask for help. I did, and now I’m receiving the support I need to begin feeling better about myself.

Everything! From scheduling appointments, to uploading documents, getting test results, messaging our doctor, getting prescriptions and getting refills. Everything was great! The medical professional that treated my daughter is great! We love him! I LOVE everything about Baptist Health! I cannot say enough good things about the care and the network and the app and just all of it coming together to make it so easy for us. Thank you SO much!

We were seen in time and then went through a thorough assessment, without rushing. My son felt comfortable and was able to feel confident his voice was heard. We got great information and all of our questions were answered.

My daughter needed some help and was admitted into the behavioral health center . They have it together up there . I was very surprised the security , the staff & program very well put together.you can visit & you are able to get constant updates . The Dr also calls daily and the loved one as well can call in the evening.
Family counseling and follow up care was a blessing.
