The facility was clean & seating comfortable, receptionist professional & friendly and Psychiatrist (H. Moody) was excellent! She was professional, had compassion and listened with great care to my uncle as he shared his thoughts & concerns. She, also, included me in the conversation when needed & allowed me to share.

Best customer service I have ever received. Warm welcome. Ask for your need and address it quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend this place to everyone. I spend half of time I usually spend when I go to other facilities for almost same thing. All issues were well addressed.

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of the staff at the front counter at Baptist Behavioral Health. Their friendly presence makes a real difference each time I walk in. I also deeply appreciate my counselor and APRN—they genuinely listen to what I’m going through, and I listen to them as well. That mutual respect means a lot. It took courage for me, as the patient, to ask for help. I did, and now I’m receiving the support I need to begin feeling better about myself.
