The Practitioners are knowledgeable, and also very caring . Our practitioner listens to my daughter and really hears her and looks out for her whole well-being.. We love her !

Top tier in client support for behavioral therapy, each individual, especially Dr. Crews goes above and beyond for patients. My little guy most recently was petrified getting onto the elevator, once again Dr. Crews came to the rescue, held his hand and did not leave until she saw him build up the courage to leave. Thank you for making every appointment easier.

Dad enjoyed his stay and speaks about it from time to time.
He enjoyed nurses and doctors coming in all day and evening to make sure you was taken care of.
Now with follow up virtual appointments, that is always go, especially since his mobility and energy level is limited.

The staff are friendly and the Primary care Physicians and Specialists know what they’re doing. They’ve helped me out and are currently helping me out now with sensitive medication help, something I don’t think I could’ve ever found if I didn’t goto Baptist. Basically, saving my life and giving me a new lease on life. The Bridge program is the best thing to happen to me in a medical context. I’ve had the roughest past 7 years of my life and I’ve lost many friends including my best friend of 22 years. Panic attacks were making it impossible to work and the medical issue I have now basically keeps me in a chronic fatigued and constantly forgetting things and possibly lowering my IQ but it was my Bridge program APRN who figured out what was wrong with me and with further testing they found out what’s causing it. I might have never figured this out since I’m in a constant brain fog. Everyone I’ve had the pleasure of talking to or being treated by has been miracle worker, so to speak, and it’s been a privilege and a pleasure to be under Baptist care.

The staff that I have interacted with in person and on the phone have always been very helpful. I love my doctor. She takes time to make sure all my questions are answered and always responds to messages in a timely manner. I have already recommended to a co-worker

Our experience for my child's therapy has been virtual. We have not had dealings with a brick and mortar facility and employees other than Dr Singh. Virtual experience has been easy. We receive reminders when it is time to check in, the video has been clear and my son is comfortable with doing his sessions alone. She provides details as to what we are to work on, what is discussed in sessions and how to help my son.

The doctor was not just listening to what my daughter has been going through but went over all her medication and educated both of us on the reason the medication was made and what we are actually using it for. He took off a medication that my daughter has been suffering with do to its side effects and we didn't even know that was the cause. Not even her pediatrician figured that out and that's who prescribed it! Lots of education and he was very kind.

virtual visits, and that you dial out..... It's tough to get the proper help when you're too anxious or depressed to dial the phone. It's HUGE that you actually reach out.

It was convenient by being virtual. The Dr was kind and listened to our concerns. He took the lead when necessary but never stopped listening. He had a plan before we met, but adjusted based on what was shared in our session.
