So far I am extremely impressed with everything about this program . I like that there is a team of professionals , surgeon , dietitian and psychologist , each looking out for the patients welfare . Each bringing their expertise and experience. And working together as a team ! They have created a very comfortable environment , including all staff members who are friendly and knowledgeable .

Instructors were very helpful and encouraging. Was appreciative of the information and how nice they were while being supportive. Would recommend these people anytime. The support person at the front desk was also very helpful setting up classes and appointments.

Rhonda is the most friendly, caring, and helpful person. I have had several interactions with her in the office and over the phone. Everytime she has had such a positive attitude. I am always greeted with a smile and concern. I was always checked upon by the front desk person, being reassured that I was okay. The physician was polite, concerned and courteous. They all made me feel welcomed and important.

It was a very warm welcoming environment. Everyone was very nice when I had my interview our meeting whatever you call it. She was very professional very understanding spoke clearly asked the questions. Clearly she was very proud of how far I have come in a short amount of time how much I understood the surgery. She gave me a lot of kudos for all the stuff that I have done to prepare for the surgery.
