Couldn't be happier to have found someone who genuinely made me feel like they cared. I've had an issue that so many have brushed off and she wants to try to find a solution. I was ready to leave Lee Health. I'm thankful to have found someone who made me feel like I matter.

Alexandria was fantastic!!! Even though she's a level one she showed sophistication, compassion and was the first person since Carolyn [ ] to take the time and WANT to focus on an issue I've been complaining about for years now. Would not in my recommend, I'll be changing over to see her as much as I can, for her level of care. She should be a level two, if not higher. She's restored my faith in Lee, as I was ready to leave and find another doctor or PA.

I am continually amazed at how well run Lee Health is. You guys are great. It started with being able to make an appointment the same day as we called, actually within two hours of the call. Then the first floor reception was very helpful in guiding us to the 2nd floor. That reception was great too. Brittney (excellent) was very welcoming and got us all set to be quickly picked up by Melannie and brought to the exam room. She is excellent too. Explained everything and was so pleasant. Then the best of all Alexandra Batista, listened greatly, quickly examining the issue. Gave me the diagnosises quickly. Great bedside manner. If I didn't have a [ ] I'd pick her. I mean the whole experience was excellent. I really appreciate and congratulate the team. The words Impeccable Service comes to mind when thinking about the appointment and the team. Thank you

Alexandria was so great during my [ ]. I had questions about other medical issues and she was very patient, kind and didn’t make me feel rushed. The ladies on the front desk are always great and the medical assistant was great as well.
