Dr. Alexandra Batista and her Assistant (Cuban) wish I could remember her name. They both are always excellent. Previously I had bad experiences but Dr. Batista have for sure reinstated my trust back Into doctors. I have recommended her to plenty of family and friends, including my mom. Whom is also very happy with the two of them. She truly takes her time hearing your concerns and helping you out to get the medicine that you truly need even if it takes her to do extra work. This comes from someone that's does not take her health lightly and always have questions in order to improve her quality of life. She takes the time to hear you!

The MA & NP were great. The NP was so thorough, I felt like she actually listened and gave me referrals to get things taken care of. She explained the rationale behind her recommendations and I appreciated the time taken to educate me properly.

Everyone that cared for me during my visit was outstanding and empathetic. You don't see very many these days that actually feel how you are feeling. They offered me a bottle of water and kleenex since I was feeling poorly. That never has happened before! Thoroughly impressed!

Nurse Batista's performance was excellent. She was proactive with all my health issues and with my health concerns. She came up with a plan to investigate every issue so that we can come up with a plan to address all of them. I feel that I am in good hands.
