All of the staff that I dealt with during my visit were very helpful and I’m not sure of their names, I was Satisfied with the following named staff, although I am not good at spelling I’ll try to spell their names: (Med ASST) Melody & (PA) BATISTA, EXCELLENT.

Np batista was very th rough. She was able to determine issues and resolve them. In my opinion she is the best NP I have seen in years, and my husband and I both love being seen by an NP.

My visit with Alexandra Batista was by far the best visit of any of my visits with providers at this facility. Her listening skills were only surpassed by her compassion. By the end of my visit I sincerely that she was genuinely concerned for my well being. I will make a concerted effort to schedule future appointments with her. Lee Health is lucky to have her.

Alexandra was very considerate and caring and she figured out the issue. She didn’t just fluff it off. She was very good. I would go see her again and so was Melannie very caring people I was impressed with both of them.

I was impressed with the experiance as a new patient coming from Lahey/Beth Isreal medical in MA All of the records needed from previous Dr's were available and I was happy about that. Nice staff .
