Very supportive and organized Cardiac Assessment and care delivery. Received excellent patient education regarding my Illness and follow-up care. Joseph R. Basi, APRN is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills. With him, I didn't feel rushed and most importantly he is a listener.

In addition to Joseph Basi, the nurse Jackie was also very good, she was the one who did my intake info. She was very friendly but professional, easy to Talk to, informative, and kind.

The assistant, Alexandra, was wonderful! She asked all the medical questions & she was very personable. Joe Basi, the PA was exceptional! He was one of the most knowledgeable, professional & congenial PAs I ever met! He calmly asked about my past & present health issues. He diligently went through every one of my current medications & made an adjustment on one of them. He reminded me to call the office if I have any issues or concerns. He recommended a 6-mo recall which I scheduled w/him. He's a wonderful asset to this practice & Dr. [last name]. Be sure to commend him for his integrity & his genuine dedication to his patients.

Joe Basi was excellent. He asked if I was tired or dizzy. I am very tired all the time. He suggested a change in one of my meds that might help.
