Joe Basi was excellent. He asked if I was tired or dizzy. I am very tired all the time. He suggested a change in one of my meds that might help.

The medical assistant was very professional very attentive. She explained things to me very And my doctor Basi Was very well, very good and answering all my questions and his recommendation was great and his personality was awesome.

Joe was great. I've been in the medical field for 40+ years and I'm very critical of my care. Joe is top shelf in my book. He explained my diagnosis test results and how I should proceed with my medical care. I was very impressed.

Lori went beyond the call of duty, she worked and I do mean worked to get me in as I was at the wrong office and sick, I got right in to see the Dr. And when leaving she tookTime out of her lunch break to make sure I got in the Lift that she told me about. At 81 years old her loving care made me feel special. We need more workers like her, God Bless her, oh and my doctor Joe is the best
